This is a review for the 47th and broadway location. Went on a Saturday at 2pm, they sat us down took our drink orders, brought us our drinks, and THEN that's when they decided to tell us that the only meat they have is hamburger... Seriously!? That should have been the 1st thing said to us, not after we're already stuck there with drinks. What a joke!

This review is ment for the other location but after trying to send a message to voice my concerns with no response I will voice them here, I will start by saying the food was fantastic, my issue is with the owner a married man openly groaping a member of his staff when he thought no one was looking, I will no return to a place where the owner feels like he is allowed to grab the girls, or to even cheat on his wife unless the wedding ring is a fake to get his young girls charmed into doing what ever he wants, or is that maybe why the staff all seems to be young and hot so he can sleep with them

Horrible. Four people walked by us asking if we had been helped yet, but none of them helped when we said no. Food was overpriced. Meat and bbq sauce is ok. Mac n cheese was cold noodles with shredded cheese that wasn't even melted. Nachos were cold chips with brisket and shredded cheese.

The nachos were pretty good. Although I must say that the food was not as great as we expected. The presentation of the food looked amazing but the Mac n cheese was bland and the burger wasn't great. A bit to pricey for the taste of the food! Service could be better....our server did not check on us so no refills on drinks!

Been to 47th location few times during lunch. Good food, tried the elephant sandwich, the Mac daddy burger, & the brisket tacos. Disappointed their shakes I seen pictures of online weren't on the menu when I went to this location. Will be back to try other things on the menu.

Brisket sandwich was dry and mostly charred outer crust of the brisket. Fries were cooked until they were hard.
Outstanding food and service today, Lily our waitress was very cordial and attentive. Kept the drinks full during happy hour! The portions are very generous, would recommend this establishment to anyone looking for good bbq with an edge. We had the Smac fries that were outstanding, along with brisket/pork. The okra and fritters are always a favorite. Can’t wait to try the BBQ Mac.

I was craving BBQ and my family said this was the place to go. It didn’t disappoint. Food was fantastic and service was great and friendly. The sizes were plentiful too!

This restaurant is extremely rough around the edges. Understaffed so the existing staff is overwhelmed and unhappy. They run out of menu items early in the evening (by 6-7 pm), beer isn't very cold. Look elsewhere on the west side.

One of my favorite places to eat. I love their smothered pulled pork burritos. I always get the chili cheese fries as an appetizer. Great service but uncomfortable chairs.

I too feel bad for leaving a poor review. But, our waitress was basically clueless. Took our order and evidently held it for over 30 minutes. Manager came out and apologized, but said they only had the ticket 28 minutes. The food came out 55 minutes after order was taken. They were short handed and I can appreciate the issues that come with that. Should have put some tables out of service. We were 8 adults and 4 kids. One family in our group had to leave before the food came out. After asking for their order to be boxed waitress still brought it out to be served . Food looked good, but ours was barely warm. Maybe try again later, at a different time. The manager did comp all 12 meals, which was over the top. That is the only reason we will be back, and try to give the guy a way to make back that money.
