Went in for a quick lunch with my wife. The service and food were excellent. The popusas were fluffy and flavorful. I ordered the pork, spinach, and the loroco popusas. They topped them off with some pickled veggies and a sauce to go along with it. We left satisfied, definitely will be going back to try their seafood.
Usulteco has the best authentic pupusas, hands down the best Salvadorian food in Wichita. The prices are reasonable, the ambiance is relaxed, and the family that runs the restaurant is amazing. I recommend the pupusas with cheese and loroco.
I ordered 2 green leaf chicken tamales and the tamales were cold and there was no chicken in it. It was more potatoes and peppers and nothing chicken. I ordered a cup of coffee and they don't have a refill for the coffee. In other places they do serve you more coffee and it doesn't cost 2.50 for a small cup of coffee.
