I went in today while they were having an event. They took a while to seat us and we understood that they were busy but they started sitting people that had gotten their after us. We finally go get seated and it turned out that someone was already sitting there but had gone to order a drink at the bar but luckily the lady had said it was fine if we sat there since it was just her at the table and she would sit at the bar. We order our drinks and wait for 20 minutes before the waitress comes and apologized because they still hadn’t made our drinks. She said she was gonna go check it out. Another 20 minutes go by and we’re still waiting on our drinks. Meanwhile everyone else that got their after us got their drinks with no problem, even got their appetizers. This waitress finally comes back and says that they lost our ticket….. after being there for almost a whole hour. I understood that they were busy but my niece had only ordered a soda and she didn’t even get that. I understand the margaritas and the beer was probably on the bartenders but the soda??? Should not have taken a whole hour. She didn’t offer us waters while we waited for our drinks and didn’t even ask if we wanted anything else to eat or an appetizer. So we just ended up leaving and I was extremely disappointed because I don’t go out often and was ready to have a drink and a fun time and I was just completely annoyed. Worst service I’ve ever received.

TERRIBLE! Do not waste your time! We were ignored. Treated as if we weren’t there. When we finally got our order taken we waited an hour and finally decided to get up and leave. Our table of 4 and another family were the only ones in the restaurant. I don’t see how this place is in business. SMH! Just go somewhere else! These other reviews must be for a different place or family/friends of the owners!

Over charged us didn’t even charge us the prices that were on the menu. Charged almost 5 for instant coffee with the creamers gone bad. Very disappointing because when they opened it was a different.

Overall very good. Two signature salsas and chips provided before the meal. Fajitas were very generous and flavorful. Carne asada was sliced thin, a bit tough but again, excellent seasoning. The refried beans were very tasty. The steak chimichanga was covered with creamy queso but still had a crunchy exterior resulting in textural experience. Our waitress was very friendly and did a great job of providing the right amount of attention without being obtrusive. We dined on a Thursday evening and for the quality of food, service and atmosphere, it was surprising how empty it was.

I made a reservation for my birthday and on Facebook app looks pretty promising but when we arrive there is nothing like the pictures, the service was awful, there was two people behind me making out and doing inappropriate stuffs they were super drunk and probably high on something my 14 year old sister was looking at everything when we told the waitress they didn’t care and didn’t remove the people from the restaurant, they did move us from the table, and than they took almost an hour to bring my drink because they didn’t had a bartender!! NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS GHETTO RESTAURANT!! 0 recommended ??

The reservation was made for a birthday party and once we came in and let them know we sat down before because nobody was at the front once the lady come to our table we told her about the reservations and she replied with "oh yeah is this table fine" so then we kinda had to say yes we sat there and once my sister asked for a drink the bartender wasn't there and the waitress said but I can try and make it then my sister said fine whatever she completely forgot about it and my sister got no drink there were two drunk or drugged people sitting a table behind us displaying inappropriate behavior kissing and more we asked to change seating and they let us, super bad service, don't recommend

Food was fire, and the frozen peach margarita was even better! But… there was a ROACH ON MY TABLE which ruined it for me. My friend covered it with a napkin and told the waiter and he just smashed it and threw it away but didn’t even come back to wipe the table off. He went and sat down with his coworkers for about 10min and came back with the bill and gave us 50% off and explained that they didn’t have roaches but the door had been open all day…

Would not recommend. Ants coming in from the window, on to the table, latent service, meat quality and flavor is low. We have been here 3 times now and they do not take our order accurately/put in order correctly, even the 2nd attempt at correcting the order, still isn't accurate. Staff seem to have no urgency or customer service.
