Jalisco's Taquería is a food truck and stationed spot in Wichita's little Mexico, offering some of the most solid street tacos. The food is absolutely amazing, high quality, and not greasy at all, with great prices and good portions. Customers recommend the beef quesadilla, and the Al pastor tacos are a favorite. The house chipotle sauce and green salsa are really good, and the grilled serrano pepper is a bonus. Some found the pollo and asada tacos a little chewy, and the barbacoa had a weird taste, but the carne asada tacos were flavorful. The taco tortillas are small but come two per taco with enough meat. Salsa is not spicy, and the food is filling. One customer drives 20 minutes weekly for the Carnitas, saying it tastes like home. In the evening on a nice weekend, the atmosphere features street vendors, food trucks, small family shops, amazing smells, music, and blissful vibes. Overall, Jalisco's is a gem and a pretty good place to get tacos, with many customers planning to return.
