I have to be honest here and let everyone else be aware. Wow cakes was less than pleasant to work with for my daughter’s wedding. We ordered a small cake for just cake cutting total price around $150. It was ordered 4 months in advance. As we all know during wedding planning things get missed and over looked. My final balance was due 30 days before wedding day and I missed the date by 3 days. I understand a contract and I understand a late fee. We were charged $100 late fee for the cake when it was 3 DAYS LATE!! She still had 27 days to make the cake. No communication, no email, no text no nothing just flat sorry about your luck! With that being said, the fee was almost as much as the cake! I was very upset and the owner never one time attempted to communicate with me. Upon delivery on wedding day, she stood in the corner and never said a word to anyone. Now, again I understand a contract and I understand a fee, but $100 with still 27 days to make a cake. Unacceptable. There are many other places to go that have amazing cakes with better customer service. I recommended my venue remove them from their vendor list.

Wow cakes really is amazing! My now husband and I used them for our wedding cake and cupcakes and they were absolutely amazing! The consultation was super easy and fun to do and the cake and cupcakes looked so fun and just how we wanted them! They are all very kind and professional and also fun! We are definitely going to be using them again! Also we get a free cake for our one year anniversary so we don't have to save ours!

Found WOW cakes from Facebook while looking for Gluten Free wedding cake options. The flavor was 10/10, the decoration was beautiful and got a lot of compliments on our big day. The pricing was reasonable and they were very good with communication! Thank you WOW cakes for a wonderful gluten free cake!!! And yes i froze some for our 1 year!

Wow Cakes did the cake for our wedding and it was amazing! Sweet potato with Bavarian cream filling and vanilla frosting is a perfect combination and it is by far the best wedding cake I’ve ever tasted.

Her cakes are so moist and flavorful, the fillings are delectable, and the buttercream icing is just heavenly. We had so many compliments on our wedding cake, it truly made our wedding day feel so special! She masterfully created this cake from our inspo pics, and it turned out so much better than I could have ever dreamed. Delivery was also very smooth, she was in and out very quickly. Best cake ever!

Placed half a box of their cupcakes in the trash! Bought them for Valentines day. I had never been to their store so was excited about trying them. These were the worst cupcakes we’ve ever had. They were dry and even the icing was hard. Apparently they don’t mind selling stale out of date cakes to the public for premium prices even on a holiday. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I would have gotten a better product at Walmart!

We used wow cakes for my wedding, and they absolutely exceeded expectations. My sister in law worked with them directly, sending them my inspo pictures, so I had no idea what I was in for. But when I tell you that this cake was everything I imagined and more, I mean it! It was GORGEOUS. It was exactly what I wanted. Absolutely flawless. And it tasted even better than it looked!!! Sometimes with bakeries, you can either get a cake that looks perfect but tastes average, or a cake that tastes perfect and looked average. This was a cake that looked perfect AND tasted perfect. 10/10 recommend wow cakes for any and all cake needs.

They catered a wedding I attended on Saturday and the owner/delivery driver was so professional and nice when I talked to her she set up the Cake quickly and was in and out 10/10 amazing would recommend her for not just weddings but also birthdays and any other special occasions
