My sister and I came in here at the location on Harry Street to eat supper places really busy I counted the right orders up on the board probably 8 or 9 people standing in line. Very busy but they were they were excellent job gentleman that would run register told us he's just learning how to start to run register just want to let you guys know that the manager she had it in well I'm at the cost of a very very very good so I have to give him five all the way across that a really good job. Should read 11 orders upon your board at once.

Ordered food at the drive through at 11:15 in the morning thinking I would get hot burger and fries. WRONG!! Fries might have been left over from the previous night. They were ice cold. Burger wasn’t even room temperature. Never will I ever get “food” from this location ever again. Horrible.

I've eaten at this location multiple times and every time there's been long wait times to receive my order and just to place an order because there's never anybody at the register, even when they're not busy. I've seen other customers have to wait for awhile to order also, so this is a consistent issue that I've never dealt with at any other locations. Also the food wasn't fresh and tasted old like it had been sitting for awhile a few different times. This is easily the worst Wendy's location I've been to. I'll stick to going to the other locations and avoiding this one from now on.

I'm not a fan of FF. However, it had been a long day, and Wendy's was the best option The food was okay, but their fountain drink machine in the lobby was over carbonated. I tried twice to get a cherry flavored ginger ale. It was mostly carbonated. The young lady at the counter was kind enough to give me a drink from the fountain in the drive thru area. It did taste much better. If I go back to Wendy's it'll be a Stawberry lemonade only.

Arrived at 8pm on the right side of the drive-thru with a very quiet speaker. They previously asked for $14.50 but gave me an extra burger and charged me $21.50 with no receipt. The dude was chill, tho. Always check your bag before you leave! Tastes like the usual Wendy's.

There was 1 person in the store when I walked in, I was looked at and ignored for almost 10 min I felt like a leper the employees did not acknowledge me or the next 2 people that walked in ABSOULTLY THE WORST RESTAURANT IN WICHITA. And these employees want $20 an hour I wouldn't even let them pay me to let them work there the owner should honestly fire everyone and start fresh with people that would actually work

This place has gone down the toilet. My grandson wanted to go so I played along.I was going to have a salad, but they said they were out, so I ordered a frosty. No silverware or napkins were available, so ate the frosty by using a straw as a spoon. They were not busy, so it wasn't that no one had the time to fill these items. My grandson ordered chicken nuggets & seemed to like those ok. I'm not sure if it's been management or employees lack of caring, but this place is better skipped.

The Wendy’s on 3601 E Harry st Wichita Ks has wonderful customer service over the phone. Amber answered with a kind and polite attitude. She was a wonderful person to talk to. We called 2 other stores numerous times and the lines seemed to be busy. I highly recommend going to this Wendy’s if ever feeling like wanting to eat out at a fast food restaurant.
