Very easily could have gotten a 5 star review with just a smile and good customer service! I understand it’s the end of the day and you’re ready to go (as we overheard a few times) but that customer service aspect is STILL IMPORTANT. Food was great though!

I do not find the cashier to be too friendly.( Been there twice. Maybe it was just me) The food was made fresh and was very flavorful. The catfish fillets are large served with steak fries ,coleslaw and hush puppies. The food is the bomb

My Sister Debi and I used to get take out from the Wichita Fish Company quite often. Debi always got the Fried Cat Fish Dinner and I always got the Fried Shrimp Dinner. We both always enjoyed our meals. The food is awesome and I hate any kind of Seafood. The restaurant is very small and always busy, that is why we always called the order in and picked it up. My Sister is gone now so I haven't been to the Wichita Fish Company since she passed. I would strongly recommend eating there. Keep up the good work. May God bless you always!

My husband and I got the catfish dinner, alligator and popcorn shrimp dinner. The dinners included steak fries, hush puppies and cole slaw. Everything was outstanding! Will definitely be back!!

The quality has fallen OFFF!!! They're still extremely busy but my food was horrible..my fish was mostly flour...my scallops were questionable as scallops..the shrimp was definitely sea Pak frozen level popcorn shrimp....I will not be back especially after my 30 min wait for quick trip hot case level food...Chicken chicken is number 1 right now

Had the Shrimp, Clam, Fish combo...not only was it great, it was so much food I couldn't finish it. And the price was surprisingly reasonable. Drinks are by-the-can, which is the only negative, but I brought in my own cup with tea.

Waited 20 minutes at the counter to ask a simple question. I was told twice someone would be right there. I just needed to ask a question as to if they carried a product. I tried just calling but got a busy signal. After driving to the location I found out why. They had taken the phone off the hook the timer on the phone said 58 minutes. Just horrible customer service. I’ll never be back.
