I do think you have the best doughnuts in town, but when someone goes in around 4:30 pm on a Saturday and you hardly have any in the cases but racks and racks of them in the back, something is wrong. Then to tell me those are for tomorrow. I will just go to QT next time to get doughnuts. They actually have pretty good ones too. So disappointed!!!

We got two chocolate long John, one maple long John, and a chocolate/peanut covered cake donut these are classic, not over frosted, donuts. Soft and fluffy and I think it was all like $7

Been coming here for a long time, some of the best donuts in town. Customer service is middle of the road at best, they staff a lot of young people who don't communicate clearly and obviously aren't experienced with the non-donut side of their menu. I will be giving them a break for a good long while since they royally screwed up a sandwich order recently. I called to complain and instead of being gracious and apologize for the mistake, the owner/manager proceeded to lecture me on what what is/isn't on various sandwiches and kept talking over me. A warning for all to be painfully clear about what you want, otherwise they will argue with you about it to not take responsibility for their actions.

I’ve loved Winchell’s Apple fritter since I was a little kid. I still get one every so often because they were the best Apple fritter in the entire world… until just recently. They aren’t the same as they once were and it makes me sooo sad!! I mean it was pretty good but not great and didn’t have the same special flavor and texture. I hope it’s not gone forever cuz you haven’t lived until you had one of the OG Winchells apple fritter. Please bring it back.

The donuts are great but the breakfast sandwiches not so much. I was annoyed that they have a sign that says all day breakfast yet when I tried to order a breakfast sandwich around 11am I was told they couldn't make 1. I recommend only visiting if you want a fluffy donut (they do 14 in a dozen so that's a plus)

Went in at 5 in the afternoon and the selection was horrible. My favorite donut place but very disappointed with this last experience. We asked if they had others and she said nope this is all we have .

We have driven here 2x from Goddard only to be told BOTH times that they aren't making bagels. I suggest you take them off the menu then... Donuts were okay. The older woman at the counter was severely lacking customer service.
