Gave this place 5 stars a few years ago, but now they can't keep up with demand. Seems like every other time we try to get food here they are in meltdown mode. They will tell you 20 minutes for takeout and it will be more like an hour. Who has an hour to wait for takeout wings.?

Go here if you want to over pay and wait FOREVER. this is the slowest restaurant I have ever waited for.I went when it wasn't busy. There were plenty of staff, even a manager. Instead of working, these people just hung out and talked while I waited for my food. They took as long as they possibly could for no reason.Even lying, and saying it would only be 6 minutes. Only for me to wait an addition 20 minutes! Lazy and incompetent.

Slow, dirty, cold food. If I could leave no stars I would. Ordered in the app, quoted a 30 min wait. App was marked completed at 718. Get there at 725, and was told I have 7 more in front of me. SEVEN?! They are messing up the wait times by marking them completed. If I knew it was an hour, I would have stayed at home for 50min of that.The place is gross. They touch things then the food. After waiting the fries are cold. Barf

I love Wingstop but if you have a problem good luck. I paid for delivery and only got part of my order. Called the store and spoke to Stephanie who claimed to be the manager. This manager clearly needs skills in listening, basic customer service and empathy. Who pays for delivery only to be told I would have to come to the store to get the items that were forgotten? Thats stupid. Then the ignorant manager claimed I would need to deal with Door Dash and have them take care of it. Why? Manager talked down to me like I’m her child or some idiot. I tried to keep my calm. It should have been handled professionally. That was too difficult for Stephanie. As far as calling Door Dash, they didn’t screw up my order. Stephanie is really clueless about handling problems especially those made by her store. I called Wingstop customer service twice to get help. I refuse to talk to Stephanie. I was told I’d get a refund. Nothing has happened. Talked to who was supposedly the owner. Said he’d take care of it. Still not done. Clearly Wingstop cares zero about customer service or following through with promises. Been waiting over a month. Absolutely ridiculous. Will never go back. I’ll just file a dispute with my cc company to get a refund.

Waited over an hour for food being the only one in the dining area. The place is so cold I was still cold with a heavy jacket on. The owner was just sitting at a table just on his computer not even worried about us sitting there for that long with no food. Not coming back.

Avoid wasting your time and money here. Manager on duty at the time was very disrespectful, rude and just distasteful! Waited 32 minutes for boneless and classic wings for 2! Fries were full of salt and extra thick and soggy! Food was cold and when we asked for the money back, the manager acted as if this was a big deal and couldn’t be done! So we just took the food in a Togo back and left. NEVER AGAIN, will we ever visit here! Pay attention to these reviews and know that people aren’t exaggerating! As I can tell who ever is in charge of this place does not care!

Shakeshia is who you want perfecting your food! She has a real talent for cooking, that and being a total sweetheart. Very welcoming atmosphere. For my first time at wing stop she absolutely made me want to come back.
Literally takes them forever to make an order. Disappointing since the food is good and I considered this location as the better one of the others. Recently it’s just been getting worse and worse. Orders are never made on time. Of no fault of the doordash or delivery drivers.

My family and I like this place because the original chicken seasoning, but recently we got a bitter moment when my 15 years old daughter place an order late Friday night, when my wife and I went to pick the order the manager. STEFANY said the order was already pick it up but what it happens is that she give my order to someone else and we start arguing, its unacceptable that a manager don't ask for thr order number even if she aks for the order name, I feel so frustrated because she didn't anything but been so rude we sent an email to the Corporation but not answer til this moment, they lost a good customers, food is good but the employees suck.
