Slow, dirty, cold food. If I could leave no stars I would. Ordered in the app, quoted a 30 min wait. App was marked completed at 718. Get there at 725, and was told I have 7 more in front of me. SEVEN?! They are messing up the wait times by marking them completed. If I knew it was an hour, I would have stayed at home for 50min of that.The place is gross. They touch things then the food. After waiting the fries are cold. Barf

Go here if you want to over pay and wait FOREVER. this is the slowest restaurant I have ever waited for.I went when it wasn't busy. There were plenty of staff, even a manager. Instead of working, these people just hung out and talked while I waited for my food. They took as long as they possibly could for no reason.Even lying, and saying it would only be 6 minutes. Only for me to wait an addition 20 minutes! Lazy and incompetent.
