I placed an order online for pickup at 845pm that was supposed to be ready in 23-28 minutes. It's now 1021 and I still don't have my order. Absolutely ridiculous. This is the 2nd time we had issues at the Taft location and will not be back.

They forgot our fries, we went back to get them and they gave us fresh fries along with a brownie because they forgot them. Great customer service and the food is amazing!

Wingstop is a restaurant that provides exceptional customer service. Staff members, including Kim and Angel, go above and beyond to ensure a great experience. The food is made to order in a timely manner, and the dining area is well-maintained. Shakeshia, in particular, is skilled in cooking and has a welcoming demeanor. However, some customers have had issues with long wait times for in-house orders and a noisy atmosphere. Despite this, the restaurant's cleanliness and quality of food make it a worthwhile visit.
