Gross! I'm very disappointed. The wings tasted like Tyson bagged wings, and the queso was not even warm.

Wings suck. Taste like from a microwave.
Salad was 5/10. Some brown and black pieces in salad.

Took my two young sons to get some lunch here. The pizza was great. The dough was soft and chewy and the crust was perfect. My boys loved it as well. Had some cool Halloween decorations that the kids enjoyed looking at. Server was very nice and attentive, but not overwhelming. She did a great job.

Kid-friendliness: The Halloween decorations entertained the kids. There were multiple families with kids there.

To preface I typically only grab takeout here at Ziggy’s, a spot I usually enjoy for their delicious pies. I’ve been at The Depot downtown multiple times and ordered Ziggy’s, I even picked a later time to dine in which resulted in 4 hungry kids in tow. I thought I'd outsmart the dinner crowd. Even talked up the great hospitality offered in Wichita to my out-of-town family member that is here visiting…

Funny because my son asked what superpower I would like to have if I could a few days back. I responded INVISIBILITY with conviction. But be careful what you wish for… I didn’t think it would come true.

But after sitting at the table for a solid 20 minutes without so much as a smile a server from the staff, I started to wonder if I’d mastered invisibility without even trying.

Watched two tables of large parties get handled that walked in well after we did. 5 working waitresses behind the bar making eye contact but no action talking to young fellas at the bar. I had to wave down a waitress and ask if she was our waitress. She wasn’t. She did offer to “go find her,” but stammered for a bit and then said she could take the order.

To her credit, she stepped up and took our order, even though it was clear she was worried I was about to unleash the fury of the hangry. But by that point, the thrill was gone, much like my initial excitement about dinner. Even if the pizza had come out topped with gold flakes, it couldn’t have salvaged the service.

Didn’t see another waitress until the pizza hit, randomly ended up with an extra pizza that wasn’t ordered and had to get up twice to walk to the bar to ask for napkins and some dressing for the salad we ordered. Only saw a glimpse of the original waitress again when the check was dropped in a very quick fashion to limit any possible interaction along with a single Styrofoam container to pile left over pizza in… never seen a pizza joint not give you a box. Random.

I get the service industry and I’m not ever an angry customer in the least. This could have been salvaged by a single positive or encouraging interaction from the staff acknowledging the situation. Instead, the sentiment was I was the bad guy for asking for to be a customer.

With pizza options endless in the Doo-Dah it will be the last time here unfortunately. Disappointing to brush off all the other great options thrown out with an out of towner visiting from the wife and kids and it be my overruling that we should hit Ziggy’s. In looking at some of the other reviews it seems this isn’t an isolated incident with whom I assume had our table assigned to serve. Management should investigate it.

The pizza was ok but there was more cheese than crust. You couldn't take a bite without tearing most of the cheese off. Not the worst I've had. Was great to try but won't go back.

The frozen pizza for the kids was a lot better.
So disappointing! Ziggy's on Douglas was great but after 3 disappointing pizzas from here we are done.

Ziggy’s pizza is our family favorite. I go there with my wife and kids and enjoy the service and food. Pizza is absolutely delicious and tastes fresh. We also love Trish who is always great whenever we visit and provide us the best service. I would highly recommend.

Alright! Let’s me said this, I stopped by this location about a years ago, and it’s wasn’t as good as I expected, and my daughter and I decided to went back again today for dinner, it’s was incredible, the crush is just right, not too saucy like the first time, the topping on it was amazing, service was excellent very welcoming experience. Hey, I’ll be back again. You have earned my long term business.

The pizza is great, but the customer service needs improvement. Without a hostess or clear signage, first-time visitors feel lost. A simple greeting (from literally any employee) would have helped. The cashier seemed annoyed to have to find our order, instead of concerned with the person waiting.

Ziggy’s is one of the most solid pizzas in town. It is unique in presentation and texture; the ingredients are fresh.
