You definitely need to eat at this restaurant! The breakfast was served hot right off the grill! Super delicious and the staff was excellent! This is a gem and we’ll be back! Stop by you won’t regret it!

Hands down the absolute best rhubarb pie we have ever tasted in our entire lives. Go for the delicious homemade meals and stay for the pie alamode. Oh and just so you know...the ice cream is homemade too! Wilson's amazing hidden gem!

I only came here for the biscuits and gravy. And it did not disappoint. It's a large fluffy biscuit rather than a dense biscuit. I much preferred dense biscuits, but the fluffy more spongy biscuit was still adequate. The sausage gravy was generous portion and there could have been more chunks of sausage in there, but it was still good. And the scrambled egg was not fluffy at all. The scrambled egg had a crust on the edge like the pan was too hot and they didn't stir it enough, but it was all right.

Me n my lil fam bam came to wilson to Czech out this little restaurant that from time to time I'm always hearing something about from friends and family.. . So glad we finally got to see wat all the hype is about! It did take a little while to get our food after ordering but that's probably because near as i could tell there is 1 lady doin all the cooking! We were there on Saturday and it was super busy, idk if it's always that busy? There wasn't and empty table in the room. I noticed a help wanted sign in the window... sure do wish I lived closer I would definitely like to part time there! The staff they did have was as attentive and kind as anyone would hope! Can't wait to return!

Very very slow... a customer was doing everything from taking orders to running the register... the was at least 6 people in the kitchen and 3 servers that ignored us. There were maybe 8 other customers. Luckily the lady at the table next to us took some initiative and did everyone's job for them... they still made her pay her bill too lol.

Extremely slow and inattentive. I agree with another review that locals are treated better. We arrived at 10:15. All empty tables were dirty. The waitress cleaned other tables before coming to ours. Sat for 10 minutes waiting to have our order taken. We could see the kitchen from our table, and our food was not started until 10:50. The staff was more focused on preparing the buffet than taking care of customers. We never received our check. Three of us had to wait to pay while staff was straightening coffee cups, walking around, basically ignoring the counter. We ordered the chicken strips and homemade chips to go and didn't realize until we were down the road that they failed to give us our chips. When I called back to see if they would refund part of the charge back to my card, I was told the price of the chicken strips was the same whether it came with chips or not.
We were also told when ordering that they were out of hash browns but would substitute the hash browns for French toast. When the food arrived, we had a small portion of hash browns and were told that because they did have some hash browns, we would no longer be receiving the substitution of the French toast...... Which at that point we were kind of looking forward to.
If you want fast friendly service, I would recommend doing it yourself and utilize the buffet at 11:00.
