“Pretty good, everyone in there today was coming in after church for Easter Sunday so felt a bit under dressed. Salsa and chips were great. Quasdilla were okay. Not much seasoning, definitely no grease tho. Nothing I'd rave about but you won't leave hungry. Bathrooms were clean which is always a good sign. Wait staff was very kind.”
“The main thing I remember about this place was the portions. The prices were typical of other places but the portions were much larger. We will probably eat there everytime we go to Cadiz.”
“Excellent. Best smoked whole chicken I've had, and I'm not a huge chicken fan normally. The BBQ (pulled pork) was a close second followed by rhe ribs and brisket. You can't go ”
“This was my first visit to this location. Our server "Victor" was awesome!!! He even brought me a dish that wasnt on the menu. Now that's what I call EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!!! I will definitely be back because of him?”
“I've been multiple times in my short stay in Cadiz, Ky. I will have to say that you definitely get the best bang for your buck. Food tastes great, service with a smile, and it comes out super fast. The only issue I have is that they charge 3.5% when paying with a card.”
“We drove about a hour to get there and it was definitely home cooked meal. We got the buffet that was Fried chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, fried fish, corn, green beans, cabbage, rolls, dessert was also yummy. It was a good home cooked meal.”
“I stopped here a fewtimes and the first time the brisket was some of the best I'd ever had. The second visit was ok, but the third visit it frankly wasn't very good. The portion size for some of their sides are extremely small. I wouldn't rule this place out, but my initial impression is that it can be hit or miss. I'll give it another chance if I'm back in the area.”
“I done an online order for pickup and forgot to add cheese on my sandwich. The worker called me and asked if that was correct. I was happy that I was called because of course I wanted cheese but screwed it up on the order.”
“I LOVE the owners! They are so nice and truly know what they are doing when it comes to the food! Everything is on point and tastes amazing! I highly recommend them!”
“Today, Thursday, June 29, at 2:00 pm, a very kind young man attended me, he was very kind and patient and he helped me a lot considering that my English is not good.”
“This is a hidden gem! We stopped at the DG and really didn't feel like cooking. We stopped in and was greeted with great hospitality and service. The food was excellent along with everyone on the staff making sure you didnt need a thing! Fantastic, will go again!”
“The food was excellent, the service was good, the atmosphere was a little hazy! Almost literally, there was a woman smoking in the restaurant at the bar seating. Thankfully, I wanted to-go, I would’ve found it hard to totally enjoy my food if I was planning on staying there seated in the restaurant.”
“We stopped in because we were very tired of driving with a rv behind us and we went in to ask the manager Kathy if it was okay for us to park overnight to rest for a little while and she told my hubby that it was okay . She thanked us for asking . We had dinner that night and the food was excellent and they gave us a military discount because my hubby is 20 yrs retired from the Airforce . Thanks Kathy for everything and we will diffently be back .”
“Went with my mother in law for lunch. We both got salads. Mine was exactly what I expected, even though I had to go back to the counter for dressing and pecans. The taco salad wasn't what she expected as all the ingredients were separate.”
“82.00 before tip but really a wonderful all around experience if you can afford it. My wife and I had an enjoyable time. I had one of the most wonderful2 half-pound burgers that I've ever experienced and it was only$16 and $2 more for bacon my wife had the shrimp and grits which word cheddar grits and her food as well was very good. I had a drink that was $10 and my wife had two glasses of wine which was $24 camillus 22 bucks. Many interesting offerings on the menu the most expensive being some sort of a ribeye steak for 55 bucks”
