“First of all - best cheesesteak I’ve had. Impressed.
Super nice guy to take order:
Eating inside was almost torture. The young girl with dark hair was sweeping at 7:30 at our feet: the guy was telling her not to clean until 8 and she argued all during dinner. She started mopping when asked not to. If I were manager - she would be GONE! What an attitude. There were literally FIVE guys in line waiting for her to sweep before they could order. You don’t close for 1.5 HOURS. Sweeping at mopping is rude. People can’t even get by.
I gave 5 only because the guy was nice and the food was. But I’m disgusted that I’m smelling cleaner while I’m eating,
Get it to GO if for dinner!“

“I here a bit as well as eat at a couple of the other locations. And let me say they make a really good sub. They just seem to care a bit more about the sandwich they make. Best example of this is Brandon. He has been making me the hot Italian sandwich lately and really takes pride in what he is doing. They have been absolutely delicious. This store just seems to always take pride in what they are doing!“

“Just had a 10/10 experience at Jersey mikes. The group of guys working on August 8 2026 definitely need to be recognized for their GREAT customer service. I thought Jersey mikes closed at 10, pulled up at 8:52 and saw a young guy mopping and a few guys behind the counter cleaning up. As i walked to the door i saw it said they close at 9pm, i peeked in and asked if they were still taking orders and if it was too much of a hassle i would come back another time. They were VERY accommodating and reassuring that it was fine for me to order since they have not closed yet. They were VERY happy to serve me & to make it all even better the subs were out in more than 5 minutes. 10/10 service, those guys need to be recognized for their hard work. Thanks again for taking me in so late.“
“Of all the reasons to come here, I came here because I was craving vinegar. I ordered a sandwich, chips, and a drink, and they gladly gave me all of the cups of vinegar that I could eat. Most notably of all, the crew working there were the friendliest that I have met in years!“
