“Wonderful workers, very kind! They are willing to change/add/detract whatever you need on the sandwich. Very clean and vibrant. The chips and such are always stocked. The subway is accessible for wheelchairs and there is enough space to eat comfortably that isn't right next to line. Bathrooms are well maintained.“
“Ordered online and my order was ready when I got there. We had some specifications that were followed to a tee. Everything was great! The sandwich artist was really friendly and seemed like she genuinely enjoyed her job, and was happy to see us, which is a rarity these days. Food tasted like what you expect from Subway.“

“This is a Subway in a Walmart lobby, so set your expectations accordingly and you won’t be disappointed. I was glad they accepted coupons, because most Subways don’t and that’s frustrating. The sandwich was made well and they did it quickly and efficiently. I didn’t have any complaints. Next time I want a Walmart sub, I’ll stop here again.“

“The gentleman working here made this visit amazing. My autistic son loves to visit the one near us and wanted to come in here when he saw the fans. He wanted his usual cookie, chips and water. The kind gentleman did not charge me and even gave my son some balloons. He was patient with my son despite the fact he looked busy when we walked in. The place is very clean and well kept. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and when I am down this way again I will definitely be ordering from here.“
“I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Subway location. I ordered 30 box lunches to be picked up at the Main Street Subway, in Lexington. They were personally made by the owner and his wife. Each lunch box was perfect! Our order was accurate….not 1 error. The food was fresh and delicious. The order was timely, as well. Do not hesitate to dine in at this Subway location, or place larger orders for meetngs in the downtown area.“
“I downloaded the app and was excited there was a bogo offer for subs on it. Tried to order from here and the app notified me this location wasn’t accepting coupons.I was really bummed about that. I know times are tough for businesses, but it seems a little disingenuous to not use coupons. I still got my family’s subs there anyway, and they were fine, but next time I’m going to go to the Subway by Trader Joe’s because it seems that they still accept coupons, and that’s a big deal to me.“
“The only thing I have to say about my visit is that Subway send out coupons and then when you go to use them, they say you can't use this with that or you have to make another order.example; coupon buy a footling for $5.99, another coupon said get a free cookie with any order, but when you try to use them, they say, you can't use two at a time!!! Sad!!!! I would say false advertising, but I won't.“
“Extremely busy during lunch and was still treated like I was the only one there. The meal was a small supreme pizza, drink and garlic boneless wings. Pizza was stacked! Which for the price is well worth it. Prepared fresh and served hot. Garlic wings were sooo good. Melt in your mouth nom-nom-alicious. (Coined by young miss I met) and also served hot. I found it difficult to fit it all in my tiny belly. But WOW was it worth the attempt.“
“Food is good, the place is clean. But as usual the staff looks like they're pissed off at something whenever you walk in. You barely get a hello, and it's rude as a customer "what do you want" referring to your food order.
But I guess this is what you get when you have young 20-year-olds looking for a paycheck and not to contribute to good customer service.

“We ordered online and came to pick up. (This location is inside of a gas station.)The place was clean and everything looked fresh- I’d rate this as one of the better Subways in terms of hygiene and cleanliness. When we got there, we could see our order sitting behind the glass, but no one was around to give it to us. Thankfully, there was a “Ring Bell for Service.” We rang it and someone came out immediately to give us the order. It was made correctly and tasted great. No complaints!

“I love how sweet the little lady is, but please, can someone tell her to lay off the mayo and sauces a little bit. When you say light, she goes crazy. When you say just a little, there is mayo dripping from your jaws. What is the magic word to just get one strip because I've even said that, but the language barrier is in the way. I thought about asking for it on the side but afraid she would cover the sides of my sub in it.“
“Came in with a lexington coupon that said this clearly states this address accepts it. When my son came in to use it he was told they wouldn’t accept it. This is misleading. Spoke with manager who was very nice but said it was the owner who is making that rule. Edit to say the district manager was very nice and is giving my son a refund on his sub and the coupon was a misprint“
“While the prices are absolutely insane, the employees have no control over inflation, and they are more than willing to accept coupons. I suggest using the app to avoid any miscommunication with ingredients/deals. I've gotten a pick-up order the last 3 times I went, and the same woman was there every time working her butt off! I originally gave this location a bad review about 2 years ago, but I think management has changed. The workers are kind women and very patient/willing to work with you. They deserve a lot of credit for their effort.“
“Food is good but not always fresh. The people there hire teenage kids to work there. Which makes it even more out of sorts because there isn't a "thank you, please come back" attitude or feel to the place. Feels like as a customer you are bothering them more than giving them business. We've gone to other places so we don't feel like this anymore.“
“Such kind employees. I ordered a sandwich and was rear ended on the way to pick it up. Had to wait for the police which took forever and when I went to finally get my sandwich, they remade it for me fresh. Food here is always delicious and fresh!“
