“I have a 50/50 chance that my order will be correct. I ALWAYS order the same sandwich: tuna footlong, on white, heated, with provolone cheese and light lettuce but I am guaranteed that I will have to wait 2 minutes before I can place my order (drive thru). I understand that they only make 1 order at a time and expect to wait my turn but it is every single visit that I wait 2 minutes. No more. No less. Oh and be sure to count your change!
