“Everything was fine and what you’d expect from a Subway. I took off a star because they don’t accept coupons. Corporate Subway keeps mailing some really good offers, and it’s practically impossible to find a location that will take them. I found the Subway on Southland does accept coupons, so I try to go there whenever possible. But something is wrong with Subway if they have all these coupons no one will take. Corporate, please fix this!!“
“Ordered online and my order was ready when I got there. We had some specifications that were followed to a tee. Everything was great! The sandwich artist was really friendly and seemed like she genuinely enjoyed her job, and was happy to see us, which is a rarity these days. Food tasted like what you expect from Subway.“
“Wonderful workers, very kind! They are willing to change/add/detract whatever you need on the sandwich. Very clean and vibrant. The chips and such are always stocked. The subway is accessible for wheelchairs and there is enough space to eat comfortably that isn't right next to line. Bathrooms are well maintained.“

“I was in charge of ordering for six people and picking up the order late this morning. There were lots of omissions and additions of ingredients on the sandwiches and salads. We ordered salads, sandwiches, chips and cookies. Every single thing in the order was exactly correct. I used the app to order and then picked it up inside the store. The app made it so easy and even though it looked like the lady was there by herself when I arrived, around 10:40 a.m. this morning, it was ready early and perfect right down to the utensils and napkins. I was impressed with the accuracy and her friendliness.“
“The gentleman working here made this visit amazing. My autistic son loves to visit the one near us and wanted to come in here when he saw the fans. He wanted his usual cookie, chips and water. The kind gentleman did not charge me and even gave my son some balloons. He was patient with my son despite the fact he looked busy when we walked in. The place is very clean and well kept. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and when I am down this way again I will definitely be ordering from here.“
“The only thing I have to say about my visit is that Subway send out coupons and then when you go to use them, they say you can't use this with that or you have to make another order.example; coupon buy a footling for $5.99, another coupon said get a free cookie with any order, but when you try to use them, they say, you can't use two at a time!!! Sad!!!! I would say false advertising, but I won't.“
“Came in here with a Lexington coupon that clearly shows this address that they take it. My son went in and they refused to accept it. I called and spoke to manager who was very nice but said it was the owner who is choosing not to accept. This is very misleading and used to be a regular place for my son to go to eat. Edit to say I spoke with district manager and she was super nice and is giving my son a refund and that the coupon was a misprint“
“The employees at this location have consistently given me the best sandwiches. They actually care how their product looks & tastes. I've worked in restaurants for over 20 years & so I appreciate that these folks take the time to do it right. Yesterday, I mobile-ordered a Beast and it was fantastic. “This was my first time ordering from the main street location. I had two catering orders for the last two Saturdays and Chad went above and beyond with both orders! Not only did they accommodate special requests on some of the lunch boxes, but the also wrote each individual's name on the box to make it easy for me to distribute. They also did not skimp on the ingredients in each sub. I will definitely continue to order from this location. Fresh, quality ingredients AND wonderful customer service.“

“Tiny lil spot that subway is known for . They normally only employ one person shifts at this location so i can see some food safety issues being looked over hence the 80 on their health department score as of this date of review. Mostly for food temps and food contaminations. The subs are OK though and is what to expect from SUBWAY . Hope they get they get that score up and will edit on future visit as to what it is then.“
“I downloaded the app and was excited there was a bogo offer for subs on it. Tried to order from here and the app notified me this location wasn’t accepting coupons.I was really bummed about that. I know times are tough for businesses, but it seems a little disingenuous to not use coupons. I still got my family’s subs there anyway, and they were fine, but next time I’m going to go to the Subway by Trader Joe’s because it seems that they still accept coupons, and that’s a big deal to me.“

“Decided to stop by & have lunch here with my husband before grocery shopping. I had a coupon that didn't work & the employee working (who happen to be the owner) let me know in a very friendly way it wasn't valid at this location. At the end he even gave me a free drink to make up for the coupon! He was nice & respectful & quick! All topping were available & he made a very yummy sub! Overall a great experience! (:“
“While the prices are absolutely insane, the employees have no control over inflation, and they are more than willing to accept coupons. I suggest using the app to avoid any miscommunication with ingredients/deals. I've gotten a pick-up order the last 3 times I went, and the same woman was there every time working her butt off! I originally gave this location a bad review about 2 years ago, but I think management has changed. The workers are kind women and very patient/willing to work with you. They deserve a lot of credit for their effort.“
“I just discovered the drive thru today! I ordered online and it was one of the smoothest online to pickup processes that I’ve experienced. So if you’ve experienced issues with service, I’d definitely recommend trying the online and drive thru experience.I got the buffalo chicken sub and it came packed with all of the extra toppings that I’d requested, with the exception of the cucumbers... they were out of those.They were heavy on the sauce, so the next time I’m going to request light sauce.“
“Josh and Tyson were so friendly and helpful when I placed and picked up my catering order. I spoke to josh several times the week prior and he was very patient and kind with answering my questions. He even called me back to confirm the order. The bread was very fresh.“
“Subways are all the same except for the person who prepares your Sub.Sometimes you get a really great Sub with plenty of side additions that you tell them you want. Other times the Subs can have too much Mayo or mustard on them which can ruin the entire meal.More consistency is needed in amounts added. I love Subway and we eat takeout often from this chain. Subway is my preferred Chain Sub Sandwich place to go for sure. But if a sandwich is $8-$10 each make it worth what is being paid!“
