“Came here after the neighboring restaurant, Ramsey’s, refused to seat us — 1 hour before closing. I have to say that Five Guys stepped up, the staff was extra friendly, the food was bussin, & it was an excellent experience. I HIGHLY recommend this place! Great food. Great people. Great service.“

“Taco Tico in Lexington was more than just a meal for me—it was reconnecting with a piece of my youth. Growing up in Kentucky, Taco Tico was my first real introduction to Tex-Mex fast food, and seeing one still thriving honestly made me smile. This location on Pimlico Parkway appears very well run, clean, and staffed by genuinely friendly people.

What stood out most was how much fresher and more substantial the food felt compared to larger national chains. Everything tasted properly prepared instead of mass assembled. The carne asada tacos were well dressed and flavorful, and the fish tacos were excellent, with fish that was just slightly overdone but still very enjoyable.

Best of all, the value was incredible—five tacos and two drinks for under $18. No gimmicks, no unnecessary flash, just genuinely good Tex-Mex fast food done right. It’s nice to see something from your younger days still around and still delivering quality“

We also grabbed a $7 Cinnamod Pizza which tastes so good! They had lots of toppings to choose from & the pizza tasted great as well! The only reason i gave a 4/5 was the crust/dough is really thin, but thats about it.

Our group of kids made a mess, but the counter clerk was absolutely the most gracious about it and insisted she take care of the clean up!! They had our tailgate food hot and ready as requested. “This was the 1st time we'd eaten inside this Chick-fil-A. It was, nice, clean & tidy. The service & food were wonderful!
I was getting ready to sit at one of tables & Carter immediately came over & started drying off the table because he had noticed some water on it. He came back later to check how our food was. We were able to chat some with him. He is so polite & kind. An exceptional young man & worker! It was a great experience eating here!“

“There is nothing on this menu I would not recommend. The grilled chicken is amazing, and of course their fried chicken is very tasty. If you have a specific request to your order they will accommodate whether that is adding or subtracting something. This Chick Fil A is our go to fast food restaurant. The wait is not long to get your order in your hands and it is juicy and delicious. The employees are so friendly and customer oriented. Rare you go somewhere that entire staff appreciate your business. Don’t forget to use your QRC code to get points that add up . “Since every penny counts right now, I treated myself to breakfast with a coupon 2 egg cheese bacon biscuit sandwiches for $3.99. 1 for now and 1 for later. When I pulled up I was greeted with "What would you like to order?" irritated tone. Thinking this woman is having a bad day I ordered and pulled up to the window with a smile. She states my total and I say Hello and hand her my coupon with my card. I saw that she read it and put it in her cash register. I get my drink and food, my card and "Here have a nice day" in a monotone voice. I said "Thank you have a great day." again with a smile. When I got to park to sit and eat, I noticed my receipt said the full price of my items, no coupon discount. My first reaction was "Well she was kinda rude AND didn't take my coupon I'll never go there again." I had to go to work so I was about to think about it. After work I went down to see if I could speak with a manager and just let them know what happened. I spoke to Dallas, the night manager on duty. I told him of the situation and we agreed that he would just refund me the discount amount. Which I was fine with, however he came back with the full amount. "I was just thinking about your first experience with us and I hate that this was it so I'm refunding the whole amount in hopes you come back coupon or not." I was a little shocked 😲 but thankful that people still know how to customer service. So thank you to Dallas for changing my mind & turning around my experience. I'll see ya next time!“

“I rolled up and dropped 8.88 on an omelet biscuit meal with a Diet Dr Pepper, which feels like the nutritional equivalent of saying “I’m trying” while holding a lit cigarette (i don't smoke anymore). I don’t know how many calories were in that biscuit, but spiritually it felt like a misdemeanor. I’m ready to turn myself in. No Fifth Amendment. I did it. I ate it. Lock me up. “I just want to point out that this is the best Captain D’s I’ve ever been to! You would think where this location appears to be short staffed, that the food would not be hot or fresh, but it is! I’ve been to this location numerous of times on my lunch break in the last two years, and I have never had a meal that tasted like it sat out for a while! The wait in the drive through line can be a little on the long side at times. But as I said before, they usually only have 2-3 people working at once time and the food is consistently hot and fresh. The managers are always nice and make sure you have everything you need! I tried the grilled white fish for the first time today. It was so delicious!
