The young man who I assume was the manager was very nice. Food was hot and delicious I will be a return customer. Also I heard Christian music playing, a welcomed touch in todays world.“

“The quality of our local steak and shakes have significantly improved along with the staff. Much cleaner, tastes better, and even seems more filling than it used to. On top of that the new company policies like banning microwaves, beef tallow for their fried goods, and grass fed beef for the burgers. It went downhill a while ago but I can definitely say it has done a complete 360 and has honestly been one of our families favorite quick fast food locations now. Definitely better than McDonald's.“

“People always complain when they have a bad experience but people never tell when they have a good experience. I am here to tell my good experience! Today was a bad day for me, on my way home from working all day I wanted to grab dinner so I didn’t have to cook and pasta sounded good to me so I walked into Fazolis. At first there was a teenage boy who waited on me but my question prompted him to go get a manager, that is when a lady with the best eyeliner I’ve ever seen and several piercings walked up to help me. She was so helpful, answered all my questions, applied a discount to my order from the app and listened to me talk about how hard I worked today and I really appreciated all of that. After my experience with her I will make sure to eat at Fazolis more. I hope a higher up sees this bc she really deserves a “job well done” I was happier walking out then I was walking in and that just doesn’t happen often in this world so thank you nice lady manager at Fazolis! You made my bad day a little better 🙂 P.S. My family meal tasted amazing too!“

“Wanted to give a shout out to shift leader Kiley! She took my order promptly and with a smile. She then bagged my order. She noticed the cast on my arm and graciously offered to carry my food to my car! I accepted her offer. She placed the food in the back seat and put my pillow in front of the bag so it wouldn’t fall off! It’s like she knows how I drive! Thank you, Kiley! You went above and beyond!!!“

“I was served by a very nice lady named Donna. The food was picture perfect temperature of the food was amazing. You must try the new grilled chicken it is way better than chick-fil-a. It is also more to the Patty than Chick-fil-a. I've really had a problem with fast food lately and the workers acting like I came to their house and asked them to fix me something to eat. It really made my day to go somewhere and actually feel like a customer being served by people who care.“

“Food is good every time I come, even when a mistake is made they’re quick to rectify or reimburse. The only reason I give the atmosphere a 2 star is because, most of the time when I come in, the tables are not wiped and are sticky. Otherwise the food and service is good, me and my friends love coming in to sit and eat. Ken was very quick to make sure everything was up to standard, he came and checked on our table and was very kind at the counter when handing us our food. Would absolutely eat here again, thank you!“

“Everyone that worked here were very nice and helpful with the menu. I got to give a shout out to Jordan who helped me pick out my breakfast order today. The dining area was very clean. Restrooms were clean and food was hot and made to order. I don’t even eat Arby’s but I’ll come back to this one.“

“We had a special order, a plain fish sandwich. They understood the assignment but it was unclear on the screen whether it was entered correctly so I repeated to be sure. The order was completed correctly so no harm, no foul. The location is very hard to get to and it's difficult to get back to the highway.“

“The burger I got (the double) was perfect. Patty cooked nicely. The ranch wrap was tasty; but the ranch was a bit dull. Could use some brightening up in order to make the ranch pop with the chicken. Points off for that. The chicken quesadilla is where the chicken really shined, and it had a nice spicy kick.

Overall, I give my experience an 8.7/10. House made ranch would make this place a 10/10 for me.“

“This was the best Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to. Greeted with a smile and patient while I decided what to eat. She also brought our food out on a tray and set it in front of us. Food was hot, fries were crispy and salty. Will definitely come back to this location versus the other DQ in Richmond, Ky.“

“The only reason for the one star for food is because my last visit was the first time I ever had any problems with my food. My cheeseburger was cold and the buns were stale and hard. Every place has an off day and that's what I'm thinking about my last visit. I'll be back because I love Sonic and always have a good experience.“

“Ok,...let me start off by saying no two Popeyes locations are the same. But being from Georgetown and our location is awesome,.. this location was also great. Now, I visited within 20 mins of them opening the doors. So of course there was no serious traffic and volume. But I was immediately pleasantly greeted and my order taken quickly. My order was correct,..my food hot and delicious and my overall experience was great.
Listen,. I get it. At times of high volume things get complicated. But I have a problem with people that have a bad experience then try and tell EVERYONE ELSE they should stay away.

“10/21/25\n\nI stopped by Penn Station for lunch and ordered the grilled Italian and a small fries. The food was great and the service was just as good. The restaurant has plenty of seating and very casual. I really love that you can actually see them making the fries fresh right in front of you, seems it is nothing frozen here, which is always a big plus. The sandwich was hot, flavorful, and perfectly toasted. Everything tasted super fresh and satisfying. Definitely a solid spot for a quick and delicious lunch!“
