“Customer service is back.....but only on 3rd shift. I'm feeling like it's a burdeon to the gas station and Arbys when I order thru the day. No one ever smiles at me except for a tall Hispanic girl and the Asian girl in drive thru. I stay up just for the staff on both gas station and Arbys because it's a whole different world. Brooks and the red head (sorry don't know name) tell the other shifts how to act with customers because y'all the only reason my business is there now. Both them make me feel like I'm the most important person in the store and it feels good. Y'all got it down. Brooks even showed me a magic trick when it was slow to cheer me up. Sounds silly but it really did make me feel good rest of night. She won't tell me the secret to the trick though. On the Loves side, same to you. Those tall boys are good and the lady is always nice to me. Thanks y'all. Made me feel like I mattered.“

“The quality of our local steak and shakes have significantly improved along with the staff. Much cleaner, tastes better, and even seems more filling than it used to. On top of that the new company policies like banning microwaves, beef tallow for their fried goods, and grass fed beef for the burgers. It went downhill a while ago but I can definitely say it has done a complete 360 and has honestly been one of our families favorite quick fast food locations now. Definitely better than McDonald's.“

“Excellent service. The manager is one of the most helpful people I have encountered in a restaurant. Other employees were nice—food was excellent. I live an hour away, so I have not been here a lot. However, I do plan to return on my trips to Richmond, KY.“

“People always complain when they have a bad experience but people never tell when they have a good experience. I am here to tell my good experience! Today was a bad day for me, on my way home from working all day I wanted to grab dinner so I didn’t have to cook and pasta sounded good to me so I walked into Fazolis. At first there was a teenage boy who waited on me but my question prompted him to go get a manager, that is when a lady with the best eyeliner I’ve ever seen and several piercings walked up to help me. She was so helpful, answered all my questions, applied a discount to my order from the app and listened to me talk about how hard I worked today and I really appreciated all of that. After my experience with her I will make sure to eat at Fazolis more. I hope a higher up sees this bc she really deserves a “job well done” I was happier walking out then I was walking in and that just doesn’t happen often in this world so thank you nice lady manager at Fazolis! You made my bad day a little better 🙂 P.S. My family meal tasted amazing too!“

“Wanted to give a shout out to shift leader Kiley! She took my order promptly and with a smile. She then bagged my order. She noticed the cast on my arm and graciously offered to carry my food to my car! I accepted her offer. She placed the food in the back seat and put my pillow in front of the bag so it wouldn’t fall off! It’s like she knows how I drive! Thank you, Kiley! You went above and beyond!!!“

“I LOVE cookout. The best fast food place in existence. The menu is fat and wide, there's something for everyone. Not to mention their shakes which they have every flavor conceivable under the sun. Sun, I have never had a bad experience at cookout and I come down to Kentucky several times a year and that is always my go-to place to eat“

“I was served by a very nice lady named Donna. The food was picture perfect temperature of the food was amazing. You must try the new grilled chicken it is way better than chick-fil-a. It is also more to the Patty than Chick-fil-a. I've really had a problem with fast food lately and the workers acting like I came to their house and asked them to fix me something to eat. It really made my day to go somewhere and actually feel like a customer being served by people who care.“

“We had a special order, a plain fish sandwich. They understood the assignment but it was unclear on the screen whether it was entered correctly so I repeated to be sure. The order was completed correctly so no harm, no foul. The location is very hard to get to and it's difficult to get back to the highway.“

“Stopped in at 1:30 pm for a potty break and a snack. Grandma got a salad and the grandsons got kid's meals. The food was hot and delicious. I had forgotten how good the French fries were here! The service was fast and accurate. All the tables were cleaned up. All in all, a top tier fast food experience! Way to go Wendy's crew!“

“I called in a panic because it was my little sister’s bday and it may have slipped my mom’s mind about a cake. Not only did they have it but she was so so kind and patient on the phone while I got the cake details from my mom! Taylor you are the goat and saved my sister’s bday!!! Thank you so so much!!!“

“You have meats you say? Well you were out of beef! To top it all off you didn’t accept it when I set up my George Foreman Grill in the men’s room to cook up some greasy beef patties myself. I’m sorry do you think this is FUNNY? I need to enjoy a meal, a succulent beefy meal and you’ve given me nothing but lettuce between unbuttered loafs of bread. I was greeted with anger and hostility when they saw my grill upon the toilet bowel. I screamed out, “ Take your hands off my meat!” They had ahold of my meat barehanded, yet called me the unsanitary insane one. Why five stars? Well the orange cream shake really gets my crank turnt and even though I’m banned for life I often sneak back in wearing a disguise to harvest the cream. Tata and farewell“

The locals here clearly cry out for a football coach and sadly EKU does not have that right now. They want me to coach them BADLY!“

“We love Penn Station! Always great subs and friendly service. Frequent opportunities for special coupons and monthly discounted specials. Store is always clean too. Restrooms are the only part that's not super. Could use a good detailed cleaning and some deodorizer. They definitely aren't terrible, but are below the quality of every other part of the Penn Station experience.“

“I was traveling and wanted to bring some chicken tenders home to my son because they are his favorite and we don't have Zaxby's near us. Google said they opened at 10:30 but was actually 10:45 and a young man on the staff was walking in I told him I was traveling and was waiting for them to open and he came back out to tell me to come through the drive-thru and they had my tenders ready. You do not get service like that very often super impressed“
