“My coworkers and I at the nursing home have gotten to where we won't go there anymore because the employees are so rude. You can't even order because they keep interrupting you. Last time I was there, I had to wait longer at the window because my order was messed up due to the drive thru employee constantly interrupting me while I was trying to order. While waiting on them to fix my order, I passed the time by watching an employee lick ice cream off of a plastic top 😡 Seriously people?! I've worked fast food before and you're NOT supposed to consume anything behind the counter where customers can see you! Major health code violation!“

“We waited 30 minutes to get seated. There was empty tables so we seated ourselves. The waitress got an attitude about getting confused when people do that. We ordered the buffet. After my husband commented we were tired of waiting. We got no refills.“
“I went through and ordered a drink as I was craving something really good. The drink I got seemed to not be made correctly, I went back through and told Shanna who was at the window and she made it right. Very nice lady, good service, many would not have done that.“

“This is the 2nd Arby's I've been to in the last week that was out of Arby's Sauce packets. At least this one gave me a portion cup with some in it. I mean, what's Arby's roast beef without their signature sauce? The other one was in Lawrenceburg KY.
I'm not too happy about the HUGE increase in prices, either. I usually purchase the half pound sandwich, but it's gone up from $8,49 to $9.99
I love their beef, but now I can't afford to come anymore unless I use coupons. It's disappointing because Arby's is the only fast food place I trust anymore that I'm getting REAL food.“
