“Our office worked 2 separate large legislative events (breakfast and lunch) and I just want to give Anna, Vincent, and the rest of the staff their flowers for their amazing work. These were not easy tasks for them, including having to order more food at a moments notice due to higher than expected turnout. Even while dealing with a lunch rush they were able to turn around extra orders a few times with quick turnarounds. We can’t thank you them enough for all their help with these. Just an incredible job by all led by incredible leaders. Thank you all so much!“

“I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!“

“The decorations were great, we even had table service! My whole family went ages 2-50 and everyone had a blast!! I look forward to doing this again next year! It was fun, the food and ambiance was great it was a cool relaxed environment and appropriate for all ages! One of the best things was the price! Six of us ate and didn't break the bank. When we received our bill, there wasn't even a place on it to tip, that NEVER happens anywhere!!! We left some cash on the table anyway. The event was well organized and flowed seamlessly.“

“We love Captain Ds and this is by far our favorite location. The food is always hot and fresh. The atmosphere is great and the staff are super friendly. We see Robert almost every time we are there and he is just a great guy and makes sure everything is done right.“

“Restaurant was clean, staff was very nice, chicken was the juiciest I've ever had. I'm proud of my fried chicken but even mine isn't that juicy. BTW they sell their seasoning now; definitely going to combine that with my seasoned flour next time to see how it does. The wait was short as well, about 10 minutes and the food came out hot and fresh. You'll of course need salt and pepper for your mac n cheese but that's normal given some people can't have too much salt. Try the blackberry cobbler.“

“My husband and I ate here tonight for the first time. We both got a giant Club Sub. I had lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, extra mayo and the Juice on mine and my husband added lettuce tomatoes, jalapeños and mayo on his. I didn’t get any picture’s because we were both too busy eating. The sandwiches were absolutely delicious!! The staff was super nice! We will definitely be back!!“

“This may be the very best Capatin D's in America. I've been to different parts of the country and always loved Captain D's but sometimes the food isn't great or the workers don't seem to care about the food they serve. Not her.
Everyone was very nice and courteous. The service was very fast even though the restaurant was very busy at lunch on Friday.
The fish was cooked perfectly and not greasy or with old oil.
Thank you! I'll be back soon. My Dr's office is right next door so I can schedule a morning appt then order some killer lunch with the Captain D's App on my phone or just walk in and order if I want to pay cash.“

“I stop by for breakfast at this particular Hardee’s in Frankfort periodically on my way into work. I don’t know the name of the kid who’s been working the window the last couple of months or so in the mornings, but he is phenomenal. Always friendly, courteous, checks the food in the bag and repeats it to you as he’s handing you the bag. I’m always glad when I see he’s at the window.“

“This was a little gem on out trip. So much cleaner and better than most Wendy's. The staff in there were attentivecand fun and made our burgers just for us not out from a light. They were totally attentive to their customers and their job unlike so many fast food places. Have one of those fun drink machines too.“

There was a car accident in front of the restaurant while we were waiting on our food that involved one of their employees. Their calmness and professionalism in an extremely stressful situation was fantastic, even if it took a couple minutes to get my order straight.“

“My daughter and I walked in to an obviously busy rush. All the customers seemed to be understanding. By time we got to the register the girl working it walked away. A young man, Holden, from what we were told, was trying his very best. As he was making quesadillas, he accidentally dropped a box on the floor (not with food in it) when a manager or shift lead looking person walked out from the back and looked around. She told him something was unacceptable and this wasn't even her shift. Rather than offering help or taking over the register she walked back into the kitchen, kicking the box that dropped on the floor and didn't bother to pick it up. After she berated the young man, you could tell his already overwhelmed demeanor changed to even more stressed. Perhaps she needed to help in the back but if she had an issue with his performance she should be leading by example. The kid was doing the best he could with the large number of customers that were there.“

“This is the best subway, I have ever been too. Subs are made beyond perfect. I go there every Thursday and get 3 subs. I have ordered in store and on line. “The food was really good tonight. The Street Chalupas were great and exceeded my expectations! This location has gotten in the habit of sacking the box meals with the rest of the orders. So it has to be sorted out at home. They were out of ice so no ice for the drinks. I am sure their ice maker was broken.“
