“Our office worked 2 separate large legislative events (breakfast and lunch) and I just want to give Anna, Vincent, and the rest of the staff their flowers for their amazing work. These were not easy tasks for them, including having to order more food at a moments notice due to higher than expected turnout. Even while dealing with a lunch rush they were able to turn around extra orders a few times with quick turnarounds. We can’t thank you them enough for all their help with these. Just an incredible job by all led by incredible leaders. Thank you all so much!“

“AI ordering was a mess and super annoying. Almost just pulled away. Glad we didn’t because there is nothing as tasty as a slider. The humans were fabulous and hustling trying to make up for their AI coworkers incompetence. The humans deserve a raise and the AI needs to be fired.“

“My husband and I ate here tonight for the first time. We both got a giant Club Sub. I had lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, extra mayo and the Juice on mine and my husband added lettuce tomatoes, jalapeños and mayo on his. I didn’t get any picture’s because we were both too busy eating. The sandwiches were absolutely delicious!! The staff was super nice! We will definitely be back!!“

“I stop by for breakfast at this particular Hardee’s in Frankfort periodically on my way into work. I don’t know the name of the kid who’s been working the window the last couple of months or so in the mornings, but he is phenomenal. Always friendly, courteous, checks the food in the bag and repeats it to you as he’s handing you the bag. I’m always glad when I see he’s at the window.“

“Restaurant was clean, staff was very nice, chicken was the juiciest I've ever had. I'm proud of my fried chicken but even mine isn't that juicy. BTW they sell their seasoning now; definitely going to combine that with my seasoned flour next time to see how it does. The wait was short as well, about 10 minutes and the food came out hot and fresh. You'll of course need salt and pepper for your mac n cheese but that's normal given some people can't have too much salt. Try the blackberry cobbler.“

“Throughout my days of globetrotting, this is by far the best taco bell I have ever had the pleasure of dining at. The food is consistently delicious, they never skimp out on the ingredients, and everything is always fresh. This one outshines the taco bell on the east end any day any time.“

“Customer Service is above and beyond. Becky took care of a mistake from a previous take out order. She is a superior manager, goes above and beyond to make sure that you are satisfied. People like Becky is the reason for Customer retention, not just a one time visit.“

They were totally attentive to their customers and their job unlike so many fast food places. Have one of those fun drink machines too.“

“Needed 2 orders of crackling with my order and they only had 1 order...really? The fish was good but needed more tarter sauce on it. I can only eat half were I had weight loss surgery but the don't sale a 1 pc sandwich any more..very disappointing ?. Love the sweet tea and I love you can buy it by the gallon. Much cheaper than individual drinks.

“I went through the drive through. Service was extremely fast. My food was hot and fresh. The burgers are way better than any other fast food restaurant. I loved the crispy fries, just the right amount of salt too. The shake was really good. I don’t eat the cherry on top. They should ask if you want the cherry, could save on product. I’ll definitely return when I need to grab a quick, inexpensive good tasting meal.“
