The staff was extremely friendly and the castle Burgers were great. We were the only one dinning in on Sunday about 5:30p and the lobby was super quiet which was kinda different. Overall everything was great!
Excellent service and great people. A pleasant surprise to find a white castle on our route. Thanks guys!
I wrote a bad review for WC in Shelbyville a couple wks ago. We went to Frankfort today, decided to stop by for lunch. We were SO pleased w/cleanliness, service and correct order... Kudos Frankfort staff! Great job.

The White Castle in Frankfort has received mixed reviews but continues to be a go-to spot for a quick and satisfying bite. The staff is friendly, and recent experiences highlight the politeness and prompt service from the team, particularly from the two ladies working during early hours. Many customers appreciate the clean environment and attentive service, making it a pleasant stop.
While some have noted inconsistent food quality, particularly with the onions being less than ideal, others have praised the fresh food and the warm, soft bread that perfectly encases the savory meat and melted cheese in the sliders. Each slider is small enough to finish in just two or three bites, making it hard to stop at just one. However, some customers have faced delays, mentioning that the food preparation can be slow even during quieter times.
Overall, the restaurant is described as kid-friendly and wheelchair accessible, with free parking available, making it convenient for families and visitors alike.
