I went to White Castle on Versallies Rd to get a bite to eat for the first time, I have to say the food was awesome! Everything was fresh and the wait time was not that long.. The customer service was actually amazing and rare for this type of fast food restaurant, I was able to meet one of the team members name Eric, he was such a breath of fresh air very kind and respectful. I will for sure be returning. Kudos to Eric for making me feel welcomed to White Castle.

I stopped by here because I was very short on time. I waited in the drive through for about five minutes but the car in front of me never got to place their order. So I backed up and went inside. I waited for another ten minutes just to order. The food was very good as always and the person who gave me my order was polite, but you cannot call that fast food.

Order is ALWAYS correct. Fries are ALWAYS hot n fresh...and the drink choices!! Employees are always very friendly and I always go LATE (or early depending on how you look at it. Love Frankfort White Castle!
a responsive drive through would be delightful. Sat third car back for five minutes and nobody moved. Left only to see that there were no cars between the order location and the pick up window. Thanks to Wendy's for taking my order promptly and bringing it to my car.

We needed to grab a quick bite and stretch a moment after driving for hours on our road trip. The employees there were not friendly at all, and it was very clear they didn't want to be there. We ordered a Love Clutch, which took a bit to get . When we sat down to eat, I was ready for a handful of delicious, hot White Castle fries, but all I got was a handful of greasy, limp, cold strips of potatoes. I actually squeezed the handful of fries I had and watched the grease drip through my fingers. The only saving grace was the lady who helped me when I took them back to get replacement fries. She was pleasant about my returning them and had the young man make more. But by the time they were ready, the rest of my food was cold.

They got my order wrong but they fixed it quickly. They just heard me wrong. They didn't miss make anything. And their customer service is always on point.
The hamburgers were slightly over cooked, the soda tasted nasty.Won't be eating there any time soon. It's a shame . Was a good place to eat back in the day..
