“I love yalls food. But the delivery option is the worst in history. My wife is totally disabled and we cant get out. I placed a order a month ago and never received. Diner said they would refund I never got a refund. Now I tried again. We have been waiting again over a hour and food hasn't been picked up. 50 dollars each time. Knowing I can't get there to pick it up and knowing I won't get refunded. So now I have to spend more money to order somewhere else. I realize you use doordash but your diner is only one I have these issues with. I can order out of Danville at applebees and subway through their sites and have no problems. When I call the diner nothing ever gets done. I've been shorted soft serves on previous orders also and called and they said it would be credited and never was.“

Last time I was there, I had to wait longer at the window because my order was messed up due to the drive thru employee constantly interrupting me while I was trying to order. I've worked fast food before and you're NOT supposed to consume anything behind the counter where customers can see you! Major health code violation!“
