“Went there for the first time for breakfast. Food was alright but be careful about allergies. When I asked for there to be no dairy contact the lady cooking said that would be impossible because her griddle and spatula stay covered in butter. Luckily another lady (missy maybe) stepped in and said she could make my breakfast sandwich on a separate skillet for which I was grateful and thankful.“

“I went through and ordered a drink as I was craving something really good. The drink I got seemed to not be made correctly, I went back through and told Shanna who was at the window and she made it right. Very nice lady, good service, many would not have done that.“

“My coworkers and I at the nursing home have gotten to where we won't go there anymore because the employees are so rude. You can't even order because they keep interrupting you. Last time I was there, I had to wait longer at the window because my order was messed up due to the drive thru employee constantly interrupting me while I was trying to order. While waiting on them to fix my order, I passed the time by watching an employee lick ice cream off of a plastic top 😡 Seriously people?! I've worked fast food before and you're NOT supposed to consume anything behind the counter where customers can see you! Major health code violation!“

“I love yalls food. But the delivery option is the worst in history. My wife is totally disabled and we cant get out. I placed a order a month ago and never received. Diner said they would refund I never got a refund. Now I tried again. We have been waiting again over a hour and food hasn't been picked up. 50 dollars each time. Knowing I can't get there to pick it up and knowing I won't get refunded. So now I have to spend more money to order somewhere else. I realize you use doordash but your diner is only one I have these issues with. I can order out of Danville at applebees and subway through their sites and have no problems. When I call the diner nothing ever gets done. I've been shorted soft serves on previous orders also and called and they said it would be credited and never was.“
