“My girlfriend had heard about this place so we decided to drive up to Murfreesboro and give it a try. I was impressed just how reasonable the prices were. The atmosphere was entertaining and the music wasn't too loud. This was a lunchtime on Sunday though. They had tons of different beers but I didn't try any. “We love Culver's. Their butter burgers are good without tasting like cheap fast food. My favorite sandwich is the cod sandwich - quite tasty and a large piece of dish. Our dogs love the custard too! And, for $5-6 a kids butter cheeseburger meal is more than enough for me, especially for a quick lunch. The stores I go to are always very clean, and their people are friendly, attentive, and helpful.“

From the time we got here, he was quick to get our drinks, offered us the appetizer special, and even gave us the most *delicious* sauce recommendation for our (way too large of an order of) wings. He came back to make sure we liked it and even gave us an extra side because he knew the wings soaked it up. “My son and I had an impromptu late lunch today 7/7/2022. It’s been a long time since we’ve experienced service like this that was topped off with awesome food! The medium cooked burger with extra bacon was incredible, cooked to perfection, it was huge! The pulled pork sandwich topped with small onion rings was an unexpected tasty surprise. The French Fry’s were seasoned, served HOT and crisp just like the sandwich’s, I mean, where in Lexington do you get that?! The staff was exceptionally cordial and our food was presented before we had filled our fountain drinks. Out the door just stuffed full for $30, that’s value! My son and I had a quick debate on the way home, monthly or weekly stop 😂 Weekly for the win! Can’t wait to try breakfast!!“

“What a cute little place to eat! When I arrived, I honestly thought it was just a store front, but was led into a pretty dead restaurant. On the suggestion of my server, Cameron, I tried the Downtown Hot Brown. I also got the Artichoke Fritters. They were absolutely delicious, and the remoulade makes the dish. Now, for the Downtown Hot Brown, I'm going to preface this by saying I don't like turkey, but when in Rome, and all that. So I figured I'd give it a try. I'm so glad I did! Easily the best thing I've had at a restaurant all year. I would highly recommend Zim's.

Edited to add : I went back the following day for brunch. I got the ham, cheddar and chive quiche with the grits and a half salad. It wasn't bad, but definitely not as good as the day before. The quiche had no chives in it and the crust was a little tough. I'd give it 3.5 out of 5. I also tried a corn cookie at the suggestion of the cashier. It wasn't really my thing, but I'm glad I tried it!“

We sat at the bar and I was glad that the bar staff was a lot more friendly and personable than the cook staff. We ordered the Old North Double Burger and the Chicken Fajita Quesadilla. Both were really good but expensive. No sides were included with the entrees. We also purchased two drinks. Prices were not listed for drinks and with one cocktail and one beer it was $22.“
