“Always get fantastic cookies from this location!! Sad they were sold out of cotton candy ones today but I’ll just come back later this week. Especially excited for the minis cause sometimes the big ones are way too much sweetness. I feel terrible for the employees that they added the Dubai chocolate cups. I watched them making a couple and it takes incredibly long to do; as if they don’t have enough to do shady. I hope for their sake it’s just available for a short period of time!! Thank you all for the great cookies!!“

“Took my girls yesterday during a hot sunny day. The ladies are super friendly and hospitality was nice. Loved they had our favorite cartoon bluey on the tv and games for kids to play. Not to mention the ice cream options were very wide spread and looked and tasted amazing. Definitely will be back this summer.“

“I had a wonderful time here at culvers, i was greeted at the door buy a young man named Reese. He took my order and was very patient (this was my second time here) i got my single deluxe while i was grabbing napkins before sitting down, the burger was perfect, the cheese wasn't quite melted but overall this experience was good!“
“My daughter and I just tried this place for the first time after riding by it so many times. I didn’t realize we only had 6 minutes till close today but the person behind the counter was so nice to us and was patient till we knew what we wanted. We got home and tried everything we got and everything tastes great! We will definitely be back 😇“

“I am going to be honest, I am not a cookie person. But THESE COOKIES are an exception 😍😍 The best one in my opinion, hands down, is the oatmeal raisin. It literally melted in my mouth, and was just the right amount of sweetness 🤌 It's also such a cool concept to order cookies and brownies at almost all hours of the night. Hungry for more 🍪“

“I will be the first to admit, I am super picky with my food and I normally have special requests. I made an order at the drive thru today, asking for some modifications. I got to the window expecting someone to be annoyed with me, but no, they were super nice! And guess what? They got my order 100% correct and delicious! Way to go Freddy’s staff, I appreciate y’all!“

“Christian went above and beyond tonight, for over an hour the line was out the door. I watched these 2 workers scoops and mix for an hour before it was my turn and low key I felt so bad but I ordered 2 triple pints- one birthday remix and one coffee cake. Christian told me the coffee cake was his recipe and he was so proud of it- not only was the ice cream mixed to perfection- that coffee cake was the best thing I’ve ever tasted. The total was $40 and the tip was also $40- but tbh they deserved more. Everyone was hustling tonight despite being absolutely slammed. They stayed positive and smiling the whole time. Give them kiddos who worked tonight a raise because they were in the TRENCHES and came out on top. Seriously Christian, come work for me- you’ve got a great attitude and you go above and beyond.“

“My friends and I walked in yesterday a bit before close, we didn’t want to intrude on closing but the employees were still very kind and wanted to serve us anyway. One of the employees was pretty chill and gave us a little show tossing the ice cream into the air and catching it for us. The energy in the building was great and I’d happily come back with my group again!“

“At the Nicholasville Rd location- Ms. Ashley took care of us and went above and beyond. She was so friendly, so good to my son, helped him get ketchup, wouldn't let me get up because I'm almost due to have my baby, and even paid for our dessert- which was wonderful. My son said it was the best day ever because of her.“
