“Insomnia Cookies never disappoints! The cookies are always warm, fresh, and absolutely delicious—perfect for a late-night treat. On top of that, their customer service is truly outstanding.
There was a recent mix-up with one of my delivery orders, but Jamie went above and beyond to fix it in the best way possible. She was kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about making things right. The way she handled the situation completely turned it around and left me even more impressed with the company.

Huge kudos to Jamie—she was over-the-top amazing and absolutely deserves a raise! Experiences like this are why I’ll continue to order from Insomnia Cookies again and again.“

“Peyton (I hope I’m spelling that correctly) was amazing! He provided friendly, prompt service and was more than willing to answer any questions. I especially appreciated that he asked whether the order was for here or to-go and made sure it was packaged securely with a lid that wouldn’t spill when opened—such a thoughtful detail.

What really stood out was his attitude. Even after helping what seemed like 20–30 people back-to-back, he remained kind and patient. In today’s world, that level of consistency is rare. The environment was also quite hectic—loud noise, kids running around and screaming—but he stayed calm and professional the entire time.

On top of that, despite being so busy, he still made time to take care of tasks like handling the trash before closing. That level of dedication doesn’t go unnoticed.

“This was the best Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to. Greeted with a smile and patient while I decided what to eat. She also brought our food out on a tray and set it in front of us. Food was hot, fries were crispy and salty. Will definitely come back to this location versus the other DQ in Richmond, Ky.“

“The only reason for the one star for food is because my last visit was the first time I ever had any problems with my food. My cheeseburger was cold and the buns were stale and hard. Every place has an off day and that's what I'm thinking about my last visit. I'll be back because I love Sonic and always have a good experience.“
