She noticed the cast on my arm and graciously offered to carry my food to my car! I accepted her offer. There was a recent mix-up with one of my delivery orders, but Jamie went above and beyond to fix it in the best way possible. She was kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about making things right. The way she handled the situation completely turned it around and left me even more impressed with the company.

“This was the best Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to. Greeted with a smile and patient while I decided what to eat. She also brought our food out on a tray and set it in front of us. Food was hot, fries were crispy and salty. Will definitely come back to this location versus the other DQ in Richmond, Ky.“

“The only reason for the one star for food is because my last visit was the first time I ever had any problems with my food. My cheeseburger was cold and the buns were stale and hard. Every place has an off day and that's what I'm thinking about my last visit. I'll be back because I love Sonic and always have a good experience.“
