Service is amazing! But yall really need help. One girl is doing all the work in here by herself. THIS IS CRAZY!! Hire more PEOPLE! I know I didn’t pay 25 dollars for just some fancy chips ahoy; yall get more employees STAT.
The pretty lady that was working there tonight was so sweet!!!!!
This place is amazing! I love it!

Insomnia Cookies offers awesome cookies and ice cream, with a friendly staff. Their rewards program works best for deliveries, and prices can be a bit high. The late-night cookie cravings are satisfied here, with warm, gooey cookies and cold milk available. The welcoming staff, like Margaret, provide great service even minutes before closing. The place is clean, with a variety of cookie flavors and hand-scooped ice cream. Parking might be limited, but the overall experience at Insomnia Cookies in downtown Richmond, KY, is highly recommended for cookie lovers.
