Hands down the most inconsiderate staff that I've EVER came across. We went here with our family last night after the parade. There were several customers in the store. Several of those costumers (including one of our family members) were able to use the bathroom. I've called insomnia several times. A guy named Sean answered and hung up. My boyfriend called after just for someone to answer and hang up. I love insomnia cookies but y'all need to get it together.
