food so so. employees screaming at each other. did not seem like a supervisor was there to control the employees. sad when a customer has to go to the counter and tell them to tone their voices down.
Their newer manager was super sweet and got our order right even when the place was busy and she was training an employee
Joe/Joseph was super sweet and helpful! We wanted a chocolate soft serve cone, but he kindly let us know that their location can’t do chocolate soft serve. He was apologetic and was super kind and sweet, and had a smile on his face the whole time, which seems rare at fast food chains these days. Very nice kid
