She noticed the cast on my arm and graciously offered to carry my food to my car! I accepted her offer. “The burgers, fries, and apple pies were all hot, fresh, and delicious. The bacon on the Monster burger was cooked just right, and the super star burger was done perfect. The staff were all friendly and professional, and worked quickly to get orders completed. My family and I felt welcomed, and we had some pleasant conversation with the staff working in the front area.

Also I mentioned to the manager that this Hardee's has the cleanest bathroom that I've seen at a fast food restaurant in quite a while. It was very clean,
and rivals Chick-fil-A restrooms for cleanliness (and Chick-fil-A typically has the cleanest restrooms).“

“I was served by a very nice lady named Donna. The food was picture perfect temperature of the food was amazing. You must try the new grilled chicken it is way better than chick-fil-a. It is also more to the Patty than Chick-fil-a. I've really had a problem with fast food lately and the workers acting like I came to their house and asked them to fix me something to eat. It really made my day to go somewhere and actually feel like a customer being served by people who care.“

“Food is good every time I come, even when a mistake is made they’re quick to rectify or reimburse. The only reason I give the atmosphere a 2 star is because, most of the time when I come in, the tables are not wiped and are sticky. Otherwise the food and service is good, me and my friends love coming in to sit and eat. Ken was very quick to make sure everything was up to standard, he came and checked on our table and was very kind at the counter when handing us our food. Would absolutely eat here again, thank you!“

“This was the best Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to. Greeted with a smile and patient while I decided what to eat. She also brought our food out on a tray and set it in front of us. Food was hot, fries were crispy and salty. Will definitely come back to this location versus the other DQ in Richmond, Ky.“
