“Went thru drive thru and had a small issue with my order (it happens). I took the food back in and they replaced it quickly with no hassle. They've got a great team and leads. I'll definitely be going back to visit often. I was actually extremely impressed with the service and how they handled the situation!“
“SWEET treats, by SWEET folks! ;)We didn’t get a meal today, we brought the babies in to redeem their ice cream coupons that were included in previous meals. I love that we can put the coupons back for a later trip. Our children struggle to finish their meals, so we save the ice cream coupons for another day.Parking: They have a nicely paved parking lot with plenty of spaces. The spaces are freshly painted with well marked handicapped parking spaces.Wheelchair accessibility: There’s a whole room to side of the main lobby with tables, no booths. The chairs can obviously be pushed to the side to easily accommodate a wheelchair.“

“I always have a pleasant experience eating at Sonic. Workers are always friendly and food is alwaya delicious. My only 2 complaints is the stalls are to small and they need to cook the hotdogs a different way.Parking: Very few parking spots and very few and very small stalls make it hard for people with bigger vehicles to find somewhere to park at.“
“We stopped as a family, and we ordered a variety of things, Papa Burger, Shrimp, chicken strips, fish. I ordered the Southwest Shrimp ricebowl. The flavor was awesome, but the rice got lost in the slaw. Overall I really enjoyed the spicy flavor, and I was not overfilled. Atmosphere was 3 stars because of the obnoxious music.“
“As a McDonald's manager on vacation i wasnt thrilled my family wanted to stop here, but they were ideal employees friendly efficient and food was fresh and hot. “Absolutely delicious food!!! The best "veggie burger" I've ever had--an artichoke fritter, perfectly fried every time. My favorite French fries, hand-cut and really generous portions. Friends have told me the burgers are the best in town. The specials never disappoint and neither does the dessert. The only thing that concerns me is if they get the popularity they deserve, the space will be quite small!! But online ordering and picking up is always an option and they are always timely. Easy parking in front, back, and on the side. My favorite food in Berea!!“
