“As a regular here for the last four months, I continue to be impressed with the staff's desire to deliver great customer service. They have always been polite and smiling. Very positive atmosphere. Just today, I ordered some fries but they needed time to cook. I sat down anticipating that I would come back for them. Right when I was chomping on my burger, I looked up and a worker had a tray with fries on it and handed it to me. Thislevel of customer service I expect at a sit down restaurant (which some sorely lack in, honestly). Not for a fast food chain. This is one of many reasons I love coming here.“
“We took our family there to celebrate my mother in law’s birthday. Everybody went above and beyond beginning with Logan, who took my call and assisted me with making a last minute reservation. We got there half and hour earlier than scheduled and yet did not have to wait, and they acted like they were fully ready for us. Top notch service! I cannot remember the name of our server, but he definitely added up to our experience. I had an Espresso Martini, which was a bit too sweet for my taste.As for lunch, we had: crab cakes, burger, shrimp and grits, lamb chops, and the pork chop. We all agreed food was simply spectacular. Meats were cooked as ordered (medium rare and well done), shrimp and grits were absolutely to die for -I DON’T like grits, but I will come back to have these, so yummy!- and crab cakes and the burger were also perfect.Totally recommend Cooper and Oak, even of you don’t live in Danville. The place is worth the trip!!“
“Delicious food & drinks. You can get flights of their products (or bourbon). I got the Cachaca flight and then a bottle to take home. The mushroom pumpkin ravioli was amazing. I should have taken a pic -the presentation was as beautiful as it was delicious.Kid-friendliness: Not a place for kids.“

“My family and I were in the drive thru we had a huge order it was four of us all with big burgers and we all got a combo. We paid got our drinks and was asked to pull up and wait. We waited about 10 minutes or so in that time I seen that the dining room was packed with people! When we got our food everything was hot and fresh how we wanted it to be! So what we had to wait it was worth it!!!“

“I have never been inside, but the drive through workers are always very kind. I love getting my blizzards from this one. They are always made right and fast. Much better than the one in Lancaster. Picture are comparison of same order; A Orio Hot Cocoa. One is from standard and one from Lancaster. An this is the normal for both.“
