Most of the time, Wendy's is good and will get your order correct. I'd say they are one of the most consistent fast food in places in Berea. Recommended
My burger was cooked well. The fries were fresh and I was able to select my beverage from the many options on the soda machine.
When my meal was ready for pickup, the lady at the register brought my meal to my table.
I had a very pleasant experience and the food tasted very fresh.

Wendy's offers fresh and delicious nuggets, with friendly staff providing great service. The restaurant features vegetarian options like salads and is kid-friendly with a clean and open environment. They have good wheelchair accessibility with ramps and handicap parking. Customers appreciate the polite employees, often thanking them for visiting. Even when there was a small issue with an order, the team quickly and hassle-free replaced it, leaving a great impression on the reviewer.
Recently, a customer remarked on their visit, noting that the sandwiches looked and tasted just like the commercials, highlighting the great food and service. Manager Ken Odorizzi has received praise for addressing concerns courteously and professionally. Wendy's also engages kids with activities, offering a special reward for those who participate, which customers found very sweet. However, one family experienced an unpleasant smell during their visit, which they hope is only temporary due to recent weather conditions.
