“My first visit to Dutch Bros was in Richmond, Kentucky. Customer service was superb coffee excellent! I asked for a mixed frozen drink and they were very accommodating in mixing the two flavors when the gentleman came to the window to hand me the drinks I saw that they had a green apple flavor in kids sizes and I asked "hey do you all sell the green apple ? flavor in adult sizes he said yes do you want apple I said no I already ordered something different and don't want to have you make another drink he said no ma'am it will be no problem at all. I said no, I just would like to know for future reference. He said, "Are you sure because I can make it no problem. I said no, no, but thanks for offering. I have not seen this kind of service in years. I will definitely be visiting the Dutch Bros in my residing state to get more of this coffee and a frozen drink. Hopefully, I get the same Customer Service.“
“Great selection of a bunch of types of drinks. Coffee, teas, smoothies, etc. I ordered the Peach Smoothie and it was delicious as in dessert delicious. My husband ordered something weird with bourbon and coffee but he did not care for it. They have nice food offerings. Service is excellent but be prepared for a line in the mornings. Lots of space to hang out, which is always nice. Popular with the college kids and folks of all ages. Not a good place for children. I can't wait for fall to try the Chai Cider! This review is for the downtown location on Main street.“
“One of my favorite local businesses, in general, as well as Richmond!The cafe side has a large variety of teas for people to try as well as some nice food options and well made coffee (for the coffee lovers, like myself!)The bath and body side is also really nice. There is a wide variety of products for people to use (for both men and women). They also release seasonal products along with their typical line of products to keep things new and refreshed!As a guy, I also really appreciate their line of beard care products. I'm extremely particular about beard products and they did a great job synthesizing blends of needed oils that a guy would need (like jojoba oil), as well as avoiding any of the bad ingredients (like water) found in some commercial beard oils. So if you're looking for any local beard care products for your man (or yourself), I highly suggest looking into their selection.“
“Their new location is definitely a downgrade, it feels really cramped. With that said, I still prefer this over the Starbucks on campus when I can hit it with a short line. Coffee is still as good as it was in their old space, and I like the loyalty card.“
“I come through multiple times a week because this location is closer to my apartment than the other one. Not only that but I have NEVER gotten an incorrect order here even when they’re very busy. The staff is always so sweet, and I can ask my dog in the morning if he wants to go to Dunkin and he literally runs downstairs because they always give him a pup cup. I always mobile order and it’s ready for me 9/10 times that I go to pick it up.“
“The best coffee shop in Richmond. I have never had any issues, my food is always accurate. The Beekeeper is my favorite drink ever, especially because they offer decaf espresso. Also The Gobbler is one of the best sandwiches ever made. My boyfriend loves the powerbowls and the PigPig.Dietary restrictions: They offer oat milk and almond milk in all of their coffee. They also have decaf espresso.Parking: Shares a lot with state farm.“
