“Donuts were great but what stands out is the exceptional customer service. Some of the nicest people I have ever met. Had a large order for a work function and the owners made sure I was comfortable while I waited and helped carry my order out to my vehicle in 9 degree weather.“
“Cute little downtown shop in an old building. The adjoining boutique has an assortment of souvenir and unique gifts. Only giving this spot a 4 because there isn't really much of a dining area for me to sit and work. But if you are in the downtown area wanting a shot of caffeine, this would be a great place to drop in at!“

“I am a very regular customer. I walked inside because Drive thru was so busy. For 7 minutes I stood there. No hello. No ill be right with you. No nothing. No other inside customers. No mobile app orders being prepared..just drive thru. So I left. I went to Versailles Road Starbucks in Lexington on my way home. I called to complain and got a sorry and that there must have been a lot of customers inside and mobile app orders. I told her there were neither and received poor service“

“Easily the best pastries in KY!! Very friendly staff. The everything cream cheese croissant is the best pastry I've ever tasted and I've had croissants in France! We stopped by twice as we were visiting Frankfort and took a box of goodies back to Louisville with us. Louisville needs a quality bakery like this!“
“My first time at Luna's and it was to celebrate a friend's eightieth birthday.There were about eight of us and we each enjoyed Hour different lunches at a large table in the back room. I noticed several people with laptops working quietlyas one would do in starbucks or panera.Large windows facing the parking lot made the room light and airy and there is a butterfly theme. The store also contains a little shop to browse and perhaps buy.“
“Coffee was great, loved the atmosphere. They had a great selection of bourbons. (I wanted to add a shot to my coffee but I was on pain meds for recent surgery so hubby shut that down ?)We went with flavored Lattes, a muffin and to split and a pastry a piece. The muffin was great but the texture of the pastries was extremely dry and crunchy. It was not pleasant.We would return if we were in the area but would stick with coffee (and a muffin if we want a snack). We did wish the coffee came in a larger size for our day trip drive but I get most people aren’t as “caffeinated” as we are. ?“

“Lots of options but the ordering is wonky. A person takes your order and then you drive up a few feet and wait awkwardly while someone else makes your drink. I have liked all drinks I've had, though, including the flavored sparkling water. We didn't love the shakes, though, but everything else was good.“
