Starbucks Coffee Company is a place with sweet and kind staff. Regulars are known by name, and the manager is lovely, kind, professional, and manages the store beautifully. Drinks, even complicated ones, are always accurately made, and sometimes a smiley face is drawn on the cup. The drive-thru staff are polite, and one barista is special with a sunny disposition and kind words. Baristas also get matcha tea just right. However, some find the coffee overpriced and not worth it, preferring Dunkin instead.
