We have been here twice in the last month. Very nice staff and the selection is great.
Love my dunkin! Thank you so much Frankfort runs on dunkin'
We stopped today after my son's first eye exam because he wanted his favorite donuts. Vivian taking our order was fantastic. She was super sweet and patient with my kids. She let them pick out exactly which donut the kids wanted and was so nice to my son. As someone in sales, she did a great job upselling asking if I wanted cold foam. Hope she gets some recognition for how great of an employee she is!

Dunkin' is consistently busy and often packed, with a line of cars around the building and a lit lobby. Despite the constant rush, the employees remain calm and work at fast paces, providing consistently great and quick service. The atmosphere is upbeat and the dining room is frequently enjoyed by many customers. The space is notably clean, including the restrooms.
The coffee, lattes, and hot coffee are consistently praised as the best and are always fresh. The food, including donuts and breakfast sandwiches, is always fresh, amazing, and yummy. Specific items like the Sabrina Carpenter drink taste amazing, and the chai tea is also recommended. Using the app provides the quickest service and allows for earning points.
The workers are always nice, and the customer service employees are top tier. The team works hard, constantly cleaning and cooking to keep operations smooth. This location is considered by many to be the best Dunkin', with an excellent combination of great food, drinks, and people.
