After not eating much McDonalds for a few years i started eating it at this location (mainly through delivery) a few months ago. The delivery packaging looks nice & neat when i receive it and more order is usually good & right, plus the ice cream/milkshake machine has been working more often than i expected. They usually forget smaller things like ketchup packets, napkins or a straw (which luckily i usually have those items at home), but one time they forgot one of my large fries...read full review
Service is so poor at the Versailles McDonalds I don’t know how they are still in business! We watched the manager, Susie go to her car to smoke while guests waited more than 20 minutes for their food! One man said he had been waiting 30 minutes for a sausage biscuit. No one ever smiles or greets you, they turn their back to you and you can never get help when you need it. This is not a one time occurrence. This is the way it always is! Customer service is nonexistent.
