After not eating much McDonalds for a few years i started eating it at this location (mainly through delivery) a few months ago. The delivery packaging looks nice & neat when i receive it and more order is usually good & right, plus the ice cream/milkshake machine has been working more often than i expected. They usually forget smaller things like ketchup packets, napkins or a straw (which luckily i usually have those items at home), but one time they forgot one of my large fries & my holiday pie.

I waited in the curbside spot for 20 minutes with no food even though the app said the food was on its way to me. I went inside and the person at the counter said “oh sorry I sent that to the wrong person”. They did not provide updates or do anything to correct their mistake other than putting a couple of apple pies in my bag that I didn’t want in the first place.
Ordered food for curbside pickup 10 mins before I got there. Had to wait additional 15 mins. They were not busy at all. Also Diet Coke was a Coke. Not good spouse addicted to McDonald's Diet Coke.

Placed a mobile order at 8:20 and was expecting a wait because it was Friday night. I was in the drive thru line for 23 minutes. When I finally made it to the window, the associate asked me what my order was and then proceeded to start preparing my beverage. I would say that I was relieved that my food was ready but the McNuggets and fries were both cold and rubbery. When I asked for a refund, was informed that they didn’t know how to refund a mobile order and I’d need to contact support. It’s McDonald’s so my expectations aren’t high but I still expect the food to be edible. This may be the worst location I’ve visited in central Kentucky.

Service is so poor at the Versailles McDonalds I don’t know how they are still in business! We watched the manager, Susie go to her car to smoke while guests waited more than 20 minutes for their food! One man said he had been waiting 30 minutes for a sausage biscuit. No one ever smiles or greets you, they turn their back to you and you can never get help when you need it. This is not a one time occurrence. This is the way it always is! Customer service is nonexistent.
