Last night around 6 minutes before closing, I arrived with a fairly large craving order from my pregnant wife. The staff was very friendly, courteous, and despite the fact that they had to make milkshakes and multiple food items were super friendly understanding and congratulated me as a dad to be. Ok, so I haven’t been to a Steak n Shake since long before covid. As others have said, the experience is not what it used to be for sure. This location had something that stood out though, the front register person Kaden. The counter and kiosks were busy, but he went the extra mile in helping us navigate our weird order and get it all in the register at the best price possible.
