Unfortunately I have to give this Panda a lower review. We didn't receive our fortune cookies which is always a good way to finish Chinese food. My husband had a hair in his dish. He took his plate up to the counter and they gave him a new plate, in a to-go container, and said here's your free meal. It wasn't free! It was to replace the food we bought that had an employees hair in it! Normally we don't have issues at Panda Express restaurants, but this time was not the case.
Food taste is very consistent and always good. During the rush around meal times though they are consistently out of at least two items.Parking: Adequate parking right next to the building.Wheelchair accessibility: Sidewalk access in front of the building.

I had previously left reviews for Panda Express in Alabama however I moved to Kentucky and this review involved the location in Richmond Kentucky. This restaurant is probably the absolute best Panda Express that I've ever ate at before. The restaurant was very clean the food was very hot and delicious and most importantly the employees that waited on me, Curtis and Kerry, we're also exceptional! If I could give this restaurant more stars I would. 10/10 I would come here again....read full review
