first off, I would like to start by saying that I absolutely love Steak ‘n Shake. But this experience that I had at this Steak ‘n Shake is unbelievably great that I had to leave a review. James at the window was so incredibly enthusiastic and absolutely awesome. Whatever they are paying him, it is not enough.

First time coming to this location as we were visiting for my birthday. The customer service was great, and the burgers and fries were great. That my husband and I ordered when we came into the store. Even won a stuffed animal from the crane machine.
Started in my Hometown area so partial to them. Always had a great steak burger and the shakes are perfect!

Ordered via the app and ate in. Apparently you can't get a refill if you do. I asked a shift lead and she said if you ordered through the app you can't get a refill since the machine needs to scan your receipt. Didn't even offer to fill it.
