Komo is the sweetest employee, she remembers my order and always greets me with a big smile and so much personality. I am addicted to the oreo cappuccino blasts so I visit the store OFTEN and I'd recommend this location to anybody who wants a sweet treat and great service!!
They need to find a more efficient way to move a crowd through the store. It is fine if people trickle in maybe like two to four people. Now, if there is a LINE, it becomes a problem. It cuts down on the amount of time one can look at all the flavors in three sections of the place. For this, I recommend a laminated takeout menu of all flavors, as reference. The lemon custard is the bees knees! Now I'm going to stop in here every single time I go to game xchange! The smallest size is plenty, perfect serving. The older gentleman that was served me was very kind.
