Just had my second visit to Tsaocaa. It is such a cute shop. I decided to try a rice bowl this time and a mango cream boba with oat milk. Very good! Loved the dumplings and seaweed salad. The mango cream boba drink was very refreshing. I think the mango cream is my new favorite boba drink.
Loved the Korean boneless fried chicken! Cute little place.
