Got a large Original Blend with 4 Splenda, almond milk, and sugar-free vanilla flavoring. Took one sip and immediately could tell that none of it had been added. The coffee tasted completely black. It honestly felt like because this was a pickup order and I wasn’t there to watch or catch the mistake, there was less care taken to actually make the drink correctly. I can almost guarantee that if I had ordered in person and was standing there, this wouldn’t have happened.”
