So I spend my 40 dollars to feed my family and I receive a bag full of absolute nonsense.. every McChicken I ordered came as a mcspicy. I ordered extra pickles on every sandwich. there wasn't a single one on any of them. not to mention they threw in two other random things into my order and didn't get any of which I did order correct. I don't have a lot of money and when I do spend that money I would like it to at least be on what I paid for. this was extremely disappointing.
Nicole was very helpful and double checked to make sure we had all of our food correct. Great customer service.
Honestly, I have slowly stopped going to Mcdonalds in general and today's visit just confirmed to me why. The person taking my order would not focus enough to actually listen to hear what I was saying. We had ordered a kids meal and when he asked me what I wanted to drink I asked him to hold on a moment to ask my kid what they wanted. when I turned back the screen showed that they had made the drink a soda, which is an upcharge.
