The order was wrong which is inconvenient but isn't a big deal. The problem was sitting waiting to order for 10 minutes when no one was in front of us and no one was inside. They were all nice people and once we got to order it was really quick. Should have a sign saying when the inside area is closed.
Drive-thru order was wrong (missing 3 items), when I parked and went in to get the missing items, the worker was rude, flung the missing items on the counter to me and walked away (twice). The icing on the cake was a hair in the cheesy potatoes.

Ordered the build your own meal for 4 and they forgot the Nacho Fries I ordered and also had to wait in the drive through line for upwards of an hour even though I ordered ahead through the app ≈1.5 hours before we received our order. Staff wasn’t necessarily rude but was short and did the bare minimum, also appeared to be understaffed so some blame should be put on management as well.
