Chick fil A is efficient and has a pleasant service. The food is tasty...price is acceptable compared to other similar restaurants. My issue is their App...too confusing to this old man, not easy to use, & limits your take out points. I tried for minutes to open the App at a UK Wildcats Basketball game...could not/just buffered. I did not get their advertised promotion (this has happened twice).
My first time visiting a Chick-fil-A restaurant and it even exceeded my expectations! The food particularly the grilled chicken nuggets were so delicious and the lady who took my order was super nice and friendly. Will definitely be back!

Friendly staff and food is better than comparable restaurants. Also great price. But, they should do better on ingredients- skip the palm oil, msg, butter flavoring and 'natural flavors '.
