“I'm so impressed with the staff that was on duty the evening we came to celebrate my sons birthday. Our group of kids made a mess, but the counter clerk was absolutely the most gracious about it and insisted she take care of the clean up!! They had our tailgate food hot and ready as requested. Thank you Zack King General Manager and your team“

“I go here once every 4 to 5 months because I don't leave town often, but if I haven't had lunch or I'm going to be in Lexington for a while, I'll make sure to get cans on my way back home and eat in my car. Honestly,It's the best thing i've ever tasted and i'm obsessed.“

“1st time at franchise and I'll never return. Good product with terrific service in a very clean environment BUT no choice. It's chic fingers or chix fingers. Didn't care for the yelling of customers' names when orders are ready. Just this old fart`s opinion“

“First visit and thought the food was excellent. Will go back to try the different flavors of chicken salad. I got Mac and cheese for the side and it was good. Shared a slice of pumpkin spice cake with my friend. We loved the icing. The staff was very nice and came to our table and took our empty plates away.“

“Best CFA we have visited. It was CRAZY busy and all employees were super friendly. We waited almost no time at all for our food. It was fresh, crispy and cooked to perfection. The lady that was walking around picking and and organizing was an absolute pleasure to be around. She brought our kid a place mat that stuck to the table for him to play with. She was so sweet. I wish I could have gotten her name.“

“This was the 1st time we'd eaten inside this Chick-fil-A. It was, nice, clean & tidy. The service & food were wonderful!
I was getting ready to sit at one of tables & Carter immediately came over & started drying off the table because he had noticed some water on it. He came back later to check how our food was. We were able to chat some with him. He is so polite & kind. An exceptional young man & worker! It was a great experience eating here!“

“There is nothing on this menu I would not recommend. The grilled chicken is amazing, and of course their fried chicken is very tasty. If you have a specific request to your order they will accommodate whether that is adding or subtracting something. This Chick Fil A is our go to fast food restaurant. The wait is not long to get your order in your hands and it is juicy and delicious. The employees are so friendly and customer oriented. Rare you go somewhere that entire staff appreciate your business. Don’t forget to use your QRC code to get points that add up . I just started using after going here for years and I have already used some for a free meal.“
“We had this catered at my work! Easily one of the most delicious things I’ve ever had. Will be visiting the business soon!“

“This was my first time ever eating at a Chick-fil-A restaurant and I can honestly say I do wish I'd decided to eat here a long time ago! The food was amazing, the service was awesome & we received our food very quickly. No wait time really at all. Plus it was fresh so that's a huge plus to me. Id highly recommend this restaurant to anyone & I'll definitely be eating here again!“

“Grimes is a family favourite for our get togethers. Have also introduced their chicken to church- now see and hear other folks looking forward to Grimes chicken, wedges, vegetables and the need to get cobblers.
Definitely a blessed family business that blesses it customers!“

“Last weekend I went with my school on a field trip. Going through the line was fine, but as we got up to the counter the lady told us that the pop machine was down. Lemonade was a 10/10, the waffle fries were over salted, but other than that it was pretty good. Only issue I had was the woman who took the name from the order got my boyfriends name wrong, he told her "Ruiz, R-U-I-Z" and she put "Ryez" on the order lol. It was funny after though cause the guy who read it off looked just as confused as we were 💀“

“My son had been asking for a knock your socks off amazing chicken sandwich. This place kept popping up. Even better they had a promotion for an adult happy meal (that's the best way I can explain it) with a x men 97 toy. It was a win win for me and I will definitely be going back. The staff was so friendly and the food was great. It's a little hole in a wall place with good food and good people.“
