“We went for lunch on a Sunday. Not crowded at all, very clean. Server was extremely nice. Food was also very good. Free chips and salsa, chips were very big. Salsa was okay, not hot version given with chips. Our appetizer, Choriqueso was a bit thin. Birria tacos were very good. The best? Not sure, but we are also from Chicago area. Definitely worth the visit. Prices are good too.“
“Went about a month ago with my friend that's handicapped. They were very patient and accomodating answering her questions, and waiting for us to figure out the menu. I got a vegetable burrito with potato salad. The potato salad was a little too salty for me personally, but good otherwise. She got fried fish and I forget what side. It's a small little place. You just sit on stools at a table on the exterior walls, that's fine with me though. They have a big menu for how small it is. I think a lot of good vegetarian options too!“

“The food is fantastic. We tried the chicken wings and soft pretzels to start and both were delicious. I am super picky about my pretzels and these really were spot on. Just a slight crunch with a soft, chewy inside!All of our burgers were very good sized, perfectly cooked, and incredibly juicy. ?To top things off, our server was friendly and made sure our experience was great.“
“Three of us here for lunch. The place was decorated festively and ready for Valentine's Day. Each table had fresh flowers. From the lunch menu, We had a taco salad, that was large with grilled onions and peppers. I had a chimichanga with rice and beans it was covered with cheese sauce. “Friendly environment for all! I've loved going to the cafe since it opened, recently I purchased their "stock the freezer" package and it does not disappoint. There is some love put into the food and it even comes with instructions on how to best thaw and reheat the food. Very happy to have a place that I can trust with my sensitive gut and will be restocking my freezer with Nourished Folks again :)“

“Was going through Lexington to see my family and this place caught my eye, curiousity killed the cat, had to see what it was about.. Very friendly staff and plenty of cool things to buy. Loved the candles and drip recipes.. Ower was a very beautiful lady who was extremely polite and helped me with choosing frim the menu. “Today I ordered the penne pasta and meatballs. It was very good but since I have a serious issue with acid reflex I could only eat a little of the tomato sauce. The manager saw I was not eating and asked if something was wrong. I explained the problem and he graciously gave me a free ham sandwich to take home. Now THAT is customer service. Kudos to that wonderful manager.“
“Food was very good. Service lacks warmth. They were busy. I can understand that. But it took several minutes for anyone to even acknowledge me waiting at host stand. I was a solo party, and they immediately tried to sit me at bar. When I said I wanted a table, they acted like everything was reserved despite there being tables without reserved signs. I get you don’t make as much money with a solo at a 2 seater but not everyone wants to sit shoulder to shoulder at a bar. They treated me like I was an imposition. Maybe I am? Who knows. Iffy on whether I’d return, which is disappointing because it’s a cool place.“

I enjoyed my custom salad and had a very nice clean dining area in the building attached to the store. Parking is a struggle downtown but if you're willing to pay there is plenty.“
“Great little shop for smoothies and juices. It's a bit pricey but most juice places are! When we went they forgot to put in our order at first so they gave us some granola clusters to snack on while we wait which was much appreciated. The açaí bowls were delicious and worth the wait.“

Their sushi is always fresh, the octopus salad is the best I have ever had (and the only place in Lexington with a similar salad), and their ramen is always delicious.
