“I have loved Blaze pizza since there was one on UK‘s campus at the corner of Lime and Pine. I miss them terribly. Today I decided to drive clear across town to eat at the one at the Summit. It did not disappoint. I love that you can build your own pizza, plus they have green olives. None of the major pizza joints or chains have green olives. Blaze also has Coke instead of Pepsi, which bumps it up on my list. The manager on duty was named Shirley and she made sure the experience was a good one from the time you walked in until the time you left. The staff was very attentive and engaged us to the point of telling us about the specials. I got a half pizza and a drink deal and my son got a build your own 11 inch. Both were delicious. We will be driving clear across town more often because it is my new favorite pizza.“

“Was going through Lexington to see my family and this place caught my eye, curiousity killed the cat, had to see what it was about.. Very friendly staff and plenty of cool things to buy. Loved the candles and drip recipes.. Ower was a very beautiful lady who was extremely polite and helped me with choosing frim the menu. “This Olive Garden is always our go to! Fantastic service as always. We had Riley as our server and he was great and super friendly and fast with anything we needed. Food always comes out fresh and hot and the building is especially beautiful. Go give this one a try when you can! We had the new creamy mushroom ravioli and the small portion fettuccine Alfredo with added shrimp.“

“We visited on Saturday, July 11th, around 4:40 p.m. We ended up giving a high rating because, while our experience didn’t start well, the way the staff handled the situation was outstanding.

We waited about 10 minutes after being seated, and no one came to our table. I eventually got up and asked if anyone was working our section. A few moments later, our waitress came over and sincerely apologized. She explained that she hadn’t seen us from where we were seated. We completely understood, smiled, and let her know we figured that was the case. From that point forward, she provided excellent service, and we never had to ask for anything.

What really stood out was Brad Webb the manager. He came to our table with a genuine, heartfelt apology, took full ownership of what had happened, and even provided us with a gift card. His response demonstrated true leadership and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

“Taco Tico in Lexington was more than just a meal for me—it was reconnecting with a piece of my youth. Growing up in Kentucky, Taco Tico was my first real introduction to Tex-Mex fast food, and seeing one still thriving honestly made me smile. This location on Pimlico Parkway appears very well run, clean, and staffed by genuinely friendly people.

What stood out most was how much fresher and more substantial the food felt compared to larger national chains. Everything tasted properly prepared instead of mass assembled. The carne asada tacos were well dressed and flavorful, and the fish tacos were excellent, with fish that was just slightly overdone but still very enjoyable.

Best of all, the value was incredible—five tacos and two drinks for under $18. No gimmicks, no unnecessary flash, just genuinely good Tex-Mex fast food done right. It’s nice to see something from your younger days still around and still delivering quality“

“First timing trying this place. Fill place, feels like a neighborhood spoke with some unique dishes on the menu.

I got the Lumberjack burger. It came out raw, ordered it medium. They took it back I expected a new burger, the simply further cooked the burger. This time it was well done. Not a big deal flavor was still there, juicy and well seasoned. However, I think much of the Beer cheese had cooked off.

We got the salad with orange vinaigrette and it was very good. The squash soup was also nice on a snowy day.

Service was excellent and enjoyed the experience. The only negative was the burger cook and the not getting a new burger. Just kind of pointless to ask for how I’d like it cooked.

If you have a specific request to your order they will accommodate whether that is adding or subtracting something. This Chick Fil A is our go to fast food restaurant. The wait is not long to get your order in your hands and it is juicy and delicious. The employees are so friendly and customer oriented. Rare you go somewhere that entire staff appreciate your business. Don’t forget to use your QRC code to get points that add up . “I’ve been twice now and they never disappoint. Their salad is especially good, along with their dumplings. It has a very cozy aesthetic. I was actually surprised at how clean the whole place was. The workers are also very nice and helped a lot with choosing what to order. I last minute decided to stop here while waiting to board my flight and the service I received from both Dan & Grant made me feel so much better than I did when I walked in. They were very attentive and never hesitated to be sure I was accommodated in the best way possible. I genuinely felt like this was a 5 star experience. They were personable and professional. They guided me through the menu as needed, offering great recommendations. I observed their interactions with the others guest and it was equally as excellent. For me service goes a LONG way. You never know what people are carrying when they take a second to dine in, or simply have a drink at a bar. A smile and great service makes all the difference. I will always come back here.“

“Last weekend I went with my school on a field trip. Going through the line was fine, but as we got up to the counter the lady told us that the pop machine was down. Lemonade was a 10/10, the waffle fries were over salted, but other than that it was pretty good. Only issue I had was the woman who took the name from the order got my boyfriends name wrong, he told her "Ruiz, R-U-I-Z" and she put "Ryez" on the order lol. It was funny after though cause the guy who read it off looked just as confused as we were 💀“

“For the past five months or so, I have taken a liking to this Panera. It provides a cozy atmosphere, like many Panera(s), for a pre-brunch morning escape. And, unlike any other times when I use to frequent any Panera, I find the food here to be surprisingly delicious, satisfying, and all at a reasonable price.

However, there are often long waiting-periods for food, especially for dine-in services. And I've noticed frequent blunders with guest's orders when traffic picks up.

Also, there is one manager/lead/supervisor, particularly a tall woman who, at least to me, comes across as rude and unwelcoming. I kind of dread when she's there.“

To start, I really loved the outside and the design of the space, how the restaurant looks like it's a barn, which gives an added Southern feel to the space. I ordered a regular chicken-finger plate for a very friendly price of $11.50, which included five tenders, toast, fries, a drink, and Zaxby's sauce. The workers were very friendly here and ensured that everything was correct with my order. This space was very well kept and neat. The sauce was good, similar to other house-made sauces. The fries were very firm and not flimsy, which I really liked; the chicken was also cooked to a great crispiness. The employees and management here keep this restaurant very tidy and focus a lot on customer service, which I really admired. Overall, my time at Zaxby's was very nice, with great food and even better service!“

“Based on some of the recent reviews, I may be one of the few people who has visited several times over the past two weeks and had a pretty positive experience over all.

I did enjoy the Zax Snax 3-Piece Chicken Finger Combo, although I only ordered it because I had a coupon in the mobile app. The chicken was hot, juicy, and flavorful, but I do think the chicken fingers are on the smaller side. I've also requested extra seasoning on my fries through the mobile app multiple times, and that request doesn't seem to be followed consistently. I enjoy that meal but I do not think it is worth the full amount they charge.

Now for the best part: the House Zalad. I've been trying to eat healthier lately, and it often feels like healthier meals leave me hungry or unsatisfied. That was definitely not the case here. The portion size was generous enough that I had leftovers, and the combination of savory chicken with fresh lettuce, cucumbers, and tomatoes was incredibly satisfying. It left me full and happy enough to not crave something else afterwards like your typical Kroger / Walmart premade salads do.

For a fast-food restaurant, this is easily one of the best salads I've had. If you're looking for a healthier option that still tastes great and actually fills you up, I highly recommend giving the House Zalad a try. I've had several different menu items from here, and I do believe their salads are better than the regular chicken meals themselves.“
